    Organization

    1. New tags have been introduced in the Letter Template process to make the correspondence more comprehensive and, now it’s possible to retrieve the past position details too.
    2. Integration of Employee group with Announcement Reminder has been completed successfully in this version.
    3. Our Letter generator is enhanced with a feature to upload a Preformatted letter template with the word file to make HR process easier.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the organization module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Role matrix report for feature privileges against role.

    Recruitment

    1. Details of a proposed position is enabled in Offer Approval audit track page as well as in the downloaded PDF form too.
    2. Mail template is enabled to user to customize the mailing process for Forward candidate process in Share Candidate feature
    3. “Edit” option is enabled to update the Job Scope in hiring request irrespective of any status and integrated with Openings and Job portal successfully.
    4. From this version, enabled the employee who initiate the recruitment process in audit trail as well as offer approval PDF document too.
    5. There are many types of advertisement mediums are available across the platform in the recruitment process. So, added a field named “Medium of advertisement” is integrated in Hiring request form as configurable field.
    6. Enabled Candidate’s mobile number at Evaluation To-Do section and also in the Evaluation Widget too for better usability.
    7. Mapping the relevant candidate information in the Employee profile section on make as employee process from opening/onboarding page has been successfully implemented in this version.
    8. Derived role is successfully integrated to receive notifications / action privilege for task as owner / follower has been added in this version.
    9. Appointment status also now made available by enabling it during the process of make as employee from opening or onboarding page.
    10. New columns have been added to the below recruitment reports to bring more information like worksite, source of the candidate, referral bonus due date and referred employee’s email Id.

    Employee

    1. In Employee Group, new filter named Employment Category has been added for better search results for the users.
    2. Personal Profile – “Attachment” Field is enabled in personal profile and enabled while sending Profile Change Requests by the employees.
    3. New tags have been introduced in the Letter Template process to retrieve the already processed details of payroll.
    4. Import option is enabled for Final separation details to make the separation process more usable.
    5. Insurance component is enabled in employee profile to manage employee’s insurance details.
    6. Also, import option is made available from this version for to upload the insurance details in employee profile.
    7. Modified the Identity Card (IC) No as non- mandatory field in Dependent Details Malaysia widget to support other clients who does not have IC no. as a mandatory part in their process.

    Performance

    1. In Performance Appraisal Status Report, from this version onwards custom managers name and their relationship type has been enabled to make the report more comprehensive and usable for HR users.
    2. Performance optimization has been tuned in the process of assigning schedules to selected employees through shift pattern.
    3. Program Feedback Report based on Rating Score will be made available from this version.
    4. From this version, the system will allow open-ended questions from recommendation process will be displayed in the performance status report.

    Learning & Development

    1. A comprehensive and updated audit trail integrations with Learning Program, Learning Session, Internal trainer details, External trainer details, Cutoff Date, Cost and Weblinks has now available for the HR users to track and know the details of learning program more efficiently.
    2. Email notification is enabled to notify the reporting Head & General Manager if the employee absent from the training has been successfully added in this version.
    3. Notification is enabled to trigger email notifications to the Internal as well as External Trainer while publish the session from this version.
    4. Attendance details – Restricted to show the existing attended employees while assigning employees to session.
    5. A new field named Justification is integrated in Program details to allow the participants to enter the reason/justification to apply for the external training.
    6. Mail notifications has been integrated for Postpone Session feature, in -Feedback and also when participants submit feedback a notification will be sent to all reporting types.
    7. Available sessions will be now sorted based on the session’s timeline in upcoming Sessions.
    8. Session visibility or session details can be accessed by employees is now based on “Private Session” configuration settings.
    9. Enabled privilege for the Add New learning Request feature.
    10. When session postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, now for participants receive notifications as the system enabled mail and ICS files for the corresponding participants of the session.
    11. Privilege is enabled to view/manage Special Project based on role settings privilege.
    12. To manage/view department budget, a new feature named as “Authorized personnel” has been successfully enabled for “Budget by Department”
    13. In Notify action, a new feature option is enabled for Publish action too.
    14. Validation as a key component throughout the TalentOz system. In this version, implemented Learning Validation while assigning participants – Budget validation on submission OR Approval process is enabled to make the system more flexible.
    15. Some sessions may need multiple trainers to train the employees. From this version, the system will allow to assign multiple internal trainers for a session.
    16. While assigning participants to the sessions more information is now enabled to make the session more detailed. The following details are included as following: Employee Name, Division, Available Division budget, leave date during program period, Resignation date (Employment status Active but serving notice with Date Resigned).

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the learning module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Learning Program Feedbacks Report

    Leave

    1. In leave type settings page, negative balance days will be accepted for leave reason from this version.
    2. For all past leave transactions across the period reasons will be pre-populated from now onwards.
    3. Leave reason mandatory validation in enabled while apply leave based on settings in Leave Type
    4. Integrated to display direct / all subordinates in Leave process based on role privilege for the following features: Apply leave for team members, Apply comp off request for team members, Team leave list, Comp off request list, Leave balance summary, Leave calendar, Leave Timeline, Leave History, Form 2, Leave Planner list and Team member(s) leave(s) on same duration
    5. To improve efficacy of the system and give more flexibility, from this version system will be allowed to download Leave request form and its supporting documents as ZIP file format.
    6. Leave accrual service is integrated while employee position import and make as employee as reserved.
    7. Role privilege is enabled to show all the custom subordinates in Leave process.
    8. Allowed Manager/ HR users to apply leave behalf of employee which was disabled to apply by self-based on leave type settings.
    9. “Inform To” option is integrated with Apply leave process while apply leave through android mobile application.

    Claim

    1. Linked travel request in a rejected claim is now considered as a new claim request.
    2. Mail notification is integrated for retract activities in claim process.

    Time & Attendance

    1. Monthly Attendance Report is used to generate attendance activity in a horizontal format
    2. Position classification filter and column is integration in Consolidated DTR report, form 25 Report and Attendance Working Sheet
    3. Position Classification filter has been successfully added in Employee Attendance Analysis page.

    Payroll – India

    1. Pension Allowance is included in Pay Registry report
    2. Changes in Income Tax Changes for 2020-2021 FY has been successfully integrated in the system accordingly.
    3. Payslip Lock feature is excluded for the payroll processors to view payslip by default.
    4. Import feature is enabled to import IT Declaration for India region. So that employees can simply use to import the corresponding IT declarations components.
    5. Final settlements process has been completely revamped and successfully integrated in Pay registry.
    6. From this version, an option is made to available for the HR users to process final settlement in bulk/for multiple employees at a time.
    7. Pay register for resigned employees can be downloaded separately.
    8. Import option is enabled for Final settlement details.
    9. Final Settlement Payslip as per the Format.
    10. Separate final settlement payslip download option for mass resigned employees.
    11. Proof validation is included for the fields including PF, UAN, PAN, ESI, Aadhaar Number validation in employee profile has been successfully implemented.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the payroll module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    3. Mid-Month incentive statement

    Payroll Malaysia

    1. Improvements has been made in the EA Form for below process: Salary Wages and Benefit in Kit process.
    2. Form E is a declaration report to inform the IRB on the number of employees and the list of employee’s income details. New changes are made in the declaration. TalentOz updated the Form E and its components and made amendments according to the new rules.
    3. One Time Earnings included in Pay Registry Malaysia report
    4. For Malaysian income tax CP21, new amendments are made in the rules. TalentOz has successfully implemented those changes for the benefit of our Malaysian clients.
    5. New Salary template is enabled for Malaysian region.

    Mobile

    1. Enable event-based validation – Display the event name, Date of Event and Event Validations
    2. Employees while using their mobile application, from now onwards they can apply for Partial Days also. But to avail this feature If leave duration should be more than one day.
    3. Display the other leave type from which this leave days are going to be deducted.
    4. Menu Privilege option has been successfully integrated in iOS mobile application.
    5. Employees can now view their Team leaves page in iOS mobile application.
    6. Quick action redirection is integrated for leave list in iOS mobile App

    General

    1. Role privilege design is reconstructed as per the process flow to guide the user to configure system privileges for below modules: Claims & Payroll
    2. Design improvements in Custom service request form and mail template when designed for more than two columns
    3. Performance optimization in Leave Transaction Excel Import
