    Payroll

    1. Now the system is upgraded to provide payslip for employees in Form XI format too.
    2. Salary revisions is a common practice across industries. In an organization, when it happens for an employee, then based on the new template the system is now equipped to deduct any components.
    3. A new and updated settings page is included in this release for Professional Tax (PT) Slabs.
    4. New fields “Component Code” & “Category Ordering” are included in the User Interface.
    5. System is now upgraded to provide the settlement amount in Full & Final settlement stages, the Professional Tax (PT) of an employee is calculated based on prorate and recovered.
    6. Now the system is reinforced with enhanced Payroll Process with an option to select only few employees and process payroll.
    7. For clients in Gulf region, “End of Service” is currently included in the system.
    8. Payroll Master Data report is enhanced with new salary components for Gulf clients.
    9. As Wage Protection System (WPS) in Saudi Arabia became mandatory for all Saudi Companies to ensure the employee rights are protected and to streamline the labour market, TalentOz upgraded its payroll to WPS format to meet the compliance for its Gulf clients.
    10. A new and effective Accrual Calculation feature is included in this release as companies can be presented with calculated EOS accrual amount of employees for ALL months in any selected year.
    11. An enhanced and upgraded Employee Salary Master report is available with newly added salary components.

    Also the following reports are now made to available in the system

    1. MTD Company Statistic Report.
    2. MTD Company Variance Report.
    3. MTD Employee Variance Report.
    4. Consolidated CTC Detail Report.
    5. Consolidated CTC detail Report by Work Location.
    6. Consolidated CTC detail Report by Section.

    Time and Attendance

    1. Implemented & integrated “Rest Day” feature in Time & Attendance and Leave modules.
    2. Absent Logic is redefined to work based on FORM25 Settings. This logic is applied in Daily time record.
    3. Rerun action will be executed now on changing a schedule, schedule change request and assigning schedule pattern for employees.
    4. Now the system is enhanced to import entries in employees Daily Time Record for future date time entries too.
    5. New Lunch In / Lunch Out report is implemented now in the system.
    6. Time Off – Multiple Time off concept is implemented for “Off The Following Day” schedule.
    7. Implemented Time Off concept during Leave days.
    8. Manage tardiness and Undertime for time off request.
    9. From this release onwards roles like Manager and Project owner can also enter timesheet for staffs.
    10. System is extended as roles like HR and Manger can view the monthly timesheet for staffs.
    11. System is now updated with ‘DTR Time” and “Web CheckIn’ Widget are added in the home page for employees to easy access.
    12. Web Check-In restriction based on System IP. The system will allow to check-in for only valid/configured IP address.

    Leave

    1. Now the system is allowed to create custom leave period settings with specific duration apart from the organization leave period.
    2. Custom Leave period for any leave type with maximum number of days to avail in this leave period can be created for employees.
    3. Now the system is updated to provided custom period validation in a leave request form.
    4. A new notification feature is added in this release as system will send a reminder notification with the number of workflow approvals like Leave, Claims requests to the roles like manager etc.
    5. In this release, a new field called “Rest day” added in Workday & Schedules page.The “Rest day” will have similar features and acts the same way as how “weekend’ works for the employees.

    Performance

    1. System is now adding new features in 360-degree appraisal as now assessment is published to Self, Superior’s, Sub-ordinates and Peers.
    2. Multi-rater Appraisal system supports a dynamic matrix reporting structure and enables employees to get feedback and scoring from more than one manager.
    3. Can configure the order of assessment by which sequence of scoring can be achieved. (Assuming the final review is from HOD and he should have an option to view all other reviewers score).
    4. Restrict the rating view for specific Roles.
    5. Comparison Analytics & Spider Graph data representation help the Employees and manager to find the perception gap exists between self and others’ reviews.

    General

    1. In previous versions of TalentOz, a HR employee was unable to raise claim requests for employees in the organization. But from this release, HR can raise claim requests for any employee(s).
    2. Report For Employee Visa details, Air Ticket and Dependent Details is implemented.
    3. Dynamic Fields tags are also now added in Remainder Settings.
    4. Now the system is equipped with the provision to import the password credentials of employees.
    5. In T&A home page, the system displays a Popup Window to show absent employees in day, week and Month.
    6. Display Popup Window to show absent, Present, Total employees in employee attendance and team Attendance analysis.
    7. Attrition Report can now be generated now with any specific Duration.
    8. Report on the employees who are Deputed can also now be generated.
    9. In this release, system is added a feature with tracking the changes made in Employee Profile.
    10. Few bugs from “Seperation” & ‘Onboarding” modules are successfully resolved in this release.
