    Payroll

    1. TalentOz brings highly customized payroll automation and reporting system to our clients. For a gulf client, we modify and implemented the payroll calculation for their employees full and final settlement process.
    2. Now our clients can import their payroll update for previous year without any hassle as TalentOz is modified to not checking the import with any validation part.
    3. Salary slip Templates has been successfully modified and implemented for a Gulf client.
    4. TalentOz application has been updated in the manner that our clients can now treat the component Gratuity as a one-time component from the summary.

    Leave

    1. Every organization’s leave policies and regulations may vary. For a Malaysian client, according to their company leave policies and procedures we successfully modified Leave Type settings and made fields Reason & Remarks as mandatory.
    2. Submission date has been successfully included in Duty Resumption Form for employees.
    3. A new validation part has been added when employees applying for their marriage leave.

    Time and Attendance

    1. All employees, at some time or another, need time off for medical appointments, personal or family illnesses, volunteering opportunities or to enjoy a well-deserved vacation. Now TalentOz added a console for admin to manage the Time off process.
    2. Also, TalentOz is equipped with admin Console Option for HR in Adjustment Note process too.
    3. From this version users are allowed to delete Attendance Note at Swap entries
    4. From this version Timesheet submission is restricted with days.
    5. For a Malaysian client, in claims module employee’s monthly claims limit to be restricted to RM 3000 has been successfully implemented in TalentOz.

    Performance

    1. From this version our clients can configure their own custom Round Off for all Components & Overall Score while performance assessment of employees.
    2. Normalization of scores is intended to introduce greater objectivity in the employee performance review software of an organization. So, from this version, normalization score can be set based on in privilege settings.
    3. Rating scales are one of the more commonly used tools in performance management. A rating scale provides a quantitative measure for an objective assessment, which helps organizations differentiate between employees. TalentOz now allows HR admin to have Custom Rating Scale to access employee’s assigned goals.
    4. Text Editor option has been successfully implemented for Open-ended Component in this version.
    5. Based on the inputs from our clients, in this version we removed mandatory option for measures field in Goal.
    6. In performance form, PDF Generator Engine has been successfully Integrated from this version.
    7. When HR admin adding goals, in previous version the default option is selected as “Yes”. From this version the field default value has been changed to value “No”.

    Employee

    1. From this version, HR users are provided with “DELETE” option for service request process at any stage of the request.
    2. In Employee Directory page- Enabled additional component’s fields like (Correspondence Address Details, Phone Number etc.,)
    3. Also, in Employee Directory page, from now onwards, employees can have increased display fields count from 4 to 6 (Now we can configure up to 6 fields in Employee directory)
    4. In My Preference page of employee module, from this version only subordinate list will be shown instead of all employees.
    5. For clients in Malaysia, statutory and dependent details import have been successfully integrated in the application.

    Recruitment

    1. From this version HR admin users can now easily convert Candidate as Employee in an easy manner.
    2. PDPA Settings and configuration has been successfully added in Job Portal
    3. HR admin users can now restrict candidates based on offer count across the organization.
    4. Resume bank validation is now based on settings for HR admin users.
    5. Enable/Disable fields at Settings page for Job Portal has been incorporated in this version of TalentOz.
    6. Shared Openings list and On/Off option made available in consultant Portal of TalentOz
    7. HR admin users can now view the candidate fitness percentage at Manage openings page itself for speedy action.
    8. HR admin users can now able to attach documents in evaluation templates.
    9. ICS file attachment for evaluator mail has been made available from this version.
    10. HR admin users can now send remainder emails to candidates and also this option is configurable.
    11. PDF Generator Engine Integrated for Hiring Request and Candidate profile pages.
    12. New Column (Vertical) has been introduced for a client in Hiring Requests page
    13. While creating a candidate from this version phone number is made mandatory
    14. In previous versions of TalentOz, employees are not able to upload their file in ZIP format. From this version they can attach ZIP format.

    General

    1. PDF Generator Engine has been successfully integrated in this version of TalentOz application.

    Survey

    In today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world, it’s critical for businesses to do everything to keep their employees engaged. Quite simply, engaged employees are happier, they’re more productive, and they’re less likely to look for a job at another organization. Pulse survey is one kind of a tools to find the pulse of employees. Employee pulse surveys have found their way firmly into the business world. With TalentOz pulse surveys, you can measure fluctuations in engagement and step in to improve the organization’s experience faster than ever.

    1. In survey added a new category in the Survey module for Pulse. When this category is enabled the following changes should be Impacted in the system.
    2. HR users can now restrict to configure maximum of 3 to 5 question to publish the pulse survey
    3. Included the options like “Ignore” & “Not interested” option in the form. It is also configurable in the settings.
    4. Provided with option for employees to select “Not now, later” option.
    5. For pulse survey open-ended question has been removed.

    Reports

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the system to benefit the clients who are using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Malaysian Bonus Report.
    2. CP22A Report.
    3. Performance Status Report.
    4. Performance Approval Report.
    5. Performance Recommendation Report.
    6. Consolidated DTR report based on FORM 25.
