    Leave Management

    1. We are glad to introduce a new feature under the Leave module for Compensatory Off management. When an employee work on a Week off or Holiday and if the organization allows compensating the working through Comp Off leave, then they can utilize this feature to automate the process.
    2. Comp Off feature is tightly integrated with the attendance module to ensure whether an employee has worked for a stipulated duration to avail the comp off or not. The Settings page will help to configure and automate the organization policy before availing the comp Off.
    3. The comp Off request management is tightly integrated with the Talentoz workflow engine and hence organization can create the approval workflow as per the organization policies and needs.
    4. The inbuilt notification and To-do feature will help to notify at every level of approval to the respective owners.
    5. The Comp Off request form has an option to either claim the request as a comp off leave (Adds to comp off leave balance) or they can specify a date in which they are going to take comp off.
    6. Now the user should have an option to apply leave for the previous Leave Period.
    7. The system has an option to automatically convert the Business days to Calendar days when a week-off or holidays fall between the leave duration. This feature can be enabled in the leave settings with an option to choose Week offs, Holiday and the minimum number of days required to convert from Business days to Calendar days.

    Time and Attendance

    1. Now the overtime calculation has an option to automatically identify whether an employee works on the first week off or the second week off and based on that the overtime payment can be configured.

    Payroll – India

    1. Now the system has an option to calculate the Shift allowance for an employee for the specific Pay cycle. The Shift Allowance can be either a fixed Amount or a Formula-based, the Payment settings can be configured for each Shift.
    2. The employee has an option to add the LIC policies. This feature is integrated with the payroll process and the sum of all policies premium will be deducted from the Employee salary. This feature is integrated with Income tax calculation with section 80C.
    3. The system has an option to add pay components other than salary master to the employee. The other pay component can either be an earning or deduction. When the date range is given to these components, the payroll process engine will calculate based on pro-rate logic.
    4. Excess PF contribution can be enabled for the specific employees. Accordingly, the PF ceiling will be ignored, and the excess PF amount will be calculated for both Employee and Employer.

    Recruitment

    1. While Scheduling the interview, the Interview venue can be notified with the Geo-Location using the Google Maps. The X and Y coordinates of the Work location can be automatically taken for sharing the Interview Venue.
    2. Import candidate import feature is enabled with the automatic resume upload from the client machine. The exact physical path and file name must be provided in the excel column to fetch the Resume to upload.
    3. Now the candidate tracking for the opening has an option to Hold the candidate at any stages. The Specialist will also have an option to revoke the candidate to the Active list.
    4. Recruitment specialist can attach a document while scheduling the Interview evaluation. The interviewer will have an option to download the attachment at the time of Interview.
    5. Arabic Translation for Recruitment Module is available.

    General

    1. All the reporting Managers and Employee has an option to add feedbacks to active goals. The added feedbacks will be available in the performance appraisal form for the managers to review.
    2. Now the Separation processor has an option to review the Asset details of the separating employees during the Full and Final Settlement process.
    3. Now the HR user has an option to access the lookup master, this feature can be enabled from the role privilege.
    4. API to fetch data from Talentoz is available. This API can be used to sync Employee records from Talentoz to any other Software.
