    Payroll

    1. Upon processing payroll now system will show a leave information with simple statistics like pending leave requests in the page.
    2. From this version, employees are allowed their encashment leave can also get accumulated.
    3. In order to enhance the security in payroll module as it is dealing with employees’ salary, now HR users can generate payslip as a password protection document.
    4. Gulf pension policies are successfully integrated as per the compliance of General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) for our gulf clients and they can now avail the pension features for their employees from 1st Jan 2019 salary itself.
    5. PCB Payment Receipt & Date of Payment is now successfully incorporated in the application.
    6. TalentOz application now modified with separation and newly joined employees per day wage calculation now will be based on the month days.
    7. Now the system is upgraded so that employees can now apply for the overtime work hours for weekends and public holidays.
    8. Instead of showing Loss of Pay and Absent components as a single entity, system is now modified to show both the LOP and Absent component in attendance as separate entities.
    9. For GRT client, employee position grade now made available in Employee Salary Master.

    Time and Attendance

    1. TalentOz added a new feather in its cap in terms of flexibility as our client TEC employee module integrated with TalentOz via API successfully.
    2. Based on a requirement from the TalentOz client TEC, Time and Attendance module equipped with a new feature that email notifications will be sent on daily, weekly and monthly based on the employees DTR records.

    Claims

    1. Based on the requirement from Swagelok client, TalentOz upgraded the claims module and now the employees can avail the claims based on the mileage they travelled in different vehicles.
    2. Now claims and their corresponding policies are linked with employees’ grade.
    3. Now claim limit validation is included in all workflow steps.
    4. Now employee’s cost center is included in all work flow steps.
    5. A new settings page is included in the system for HR to configure the Mileage claims for the employees.
    6. A cost center is a department within a business to which costs can be allocated. Now the system is updated with HR can change the Cost Center instead of the Business Unit in the Claim Type – GL code map page.
    7. Claim Workflow Retract option for final approver
      Now TalentOz provides updated with option to retract the claim request in the workflow process for the final approver.
    8. Organization’s claim policy outlines how it will reimburse employees for work related expenses. So, every company set a policy of their own and the employees needs to access the policy to understand the procedures. TalentOz now provides a link to view the company’s claim policy in the apply claim page itself.

    Performance

    1. In the previous versions of TalentOz, Performance score are calculated based on only the star ratings provided by the employee or manager respectively. But this form of scoring is not universal, and some clients opt for a Percentage (%), weightage-based scoring. So now TalentOz included both the types of scoring to make the system more flexible.
    2. Now HR can configure how they want to score different components (Goal, Competencies etc.,) in a performance appraisal like a simple scale based on star rating, Percentage (%), Score Goals according to the weightage of the goal provided.

    Reports

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the system to benefit the clients who are using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Career progression report
    2. Employee preference report

    General

    1. Now TalentOz has an option to restrict the number of maximum times an employee can avail Half day leave to according to their organization policies
    2. Now HR employees can import the holiday list in Leave module.
    3. In previous versions of TalentOz, a candidate offered with offer letter and then some tasks are performed afterwards like Certificate Verification. But some organizations may follow different process to provide an offer letter to a candidate. To solve this problem, Now in TalentOz a more enhanced feature is introduced. Approval to Hire. By this feature, organization can set a complete review process with different levels before sending the offer letter to the candidate and involve him/her in the process and send it for the approval internally. Once the process successfully completed then the offer letter can be sent to the candidate thereby the organization can reduce significant time in post hiring process.
    4. Audit Trail has been added in Leave Type Settings for efficient tracking of Leave type settings.
    5. From this version of TalentOz, an Edit Button is also made available for the subordinates’ employee too.
    6. From now onwards, the list of features is added in my profile section has been based on the role the employee possessing.
    7. To smoothing the separation process, separation date is captured in the audit trail data.
    8. TalentOz added with an option in the Manage task master page to hide the “Comments or Ask a Question” section for any task.
    9. For Gulf clients the previously embedded logo in the mail communication has been changed in the requests of leave, recruitment, change requests and forgot password page.
    10. Now HR can raise Comp Off Requests on behalf any Employee.
    11. Now HR can raise Time Off Requests on behalf any Employee.
    12. Now TalentOz has the option to add the employee’s dependent professional details like the position held, who is the employer etc., in the system.
