    Payroll

    1. PF Rounding has been included in the mid-month salary calculation for Income Tax
    2. Bank loan details of employees are updated in the salary advanced page/section accordingly from this version.
    3. In IT Declaration page, SOCSO details are successfully included from this version.
    4. There are many amendments made in the 2020 budget by the Malaysian government. All the amendments which are announced in the budget has been successfully included in the TalentOz application accordingly for our Malaysian clients.

    Performance

    1. From this version, HR users can arrange the sequence of individual scoring component and overall review scoring display sequence in a performance form easily.
    2. “Add competency” option has been integrated for other competency types like “Position Competency” & “Personal Competency”.in the performance template.
    3. In Performance form employees are provide with “Achieved” field to evaluate or calculate their performance against the assigned goals. HR users can toggle this field whether to show or hide this field in the form via simply enable / disable the option in “Goal Configuration Settings”.

    Claim

    1. General Settings page integrated under Claim settings to configure Claim and travel features
    2. Added toggle button in the claim form for the following fields to make the form more accessible and usability. The fields are Claim Group, Project & Billable
    3. Added settings to display the “Anticipated Expense” in the travel form. When HR users turned off then the system should not display the section in the travel form for the employees.

    Employee

    1. New fields have been integrated in the “Past Work Experience” section of the employees while importing the dataset for the employees.
    2. From this version, HR users can upload profile image of the employees easily on importing based on the employee number too.
    3. System has been updated now and from this version HR users can import the profile picture of employees with extensions like .jpg, .jpeg, .png &.gif too. Previously the system was not allowed these extensions.

    Leave

    1. “Consolidated Organization Leave” feature is enabled for HR users which consists below features,1. Leave History, 2. Leave Calendar, 3. Leave list, 4. Comp-off request list & 5. Leave Planner list.
    2. From this version, leave accrual process is an auto generated one for employees while apply leave without balance / entitlement.
    3. Dual leave deduction logic has been successfully implemented for Sick Leave and Hospitalization leave types for employees who wants to avail these leave types.
    4. In Leave balance Summary, Role privileges has been enabled for organization employees.
    5. “Monthly Custom Days” option is integrated for Leave Accrual process to configure dynamically for every month of the organization.
    6. Paternity / Maternity leave is an employee benefit available in almost all organizations across countries. From this version of TalentOz, when employee’s marital data changed then days of entitlement will be auto checked and added for employees accordingly.

    Recruitment

    1. A new “Status” filter added in the “Offer Approval” page.
    2. All the offer approval transactions can be managed in the “Manage Offer Approval” page.
    3. Edit privilege is integrated for “Offer Approval Form”.
    4. From this version onwards, proposed position details have been integrated in offer approval PDF documents too.
    5. Sorting is a common method used for visualizing data in a form that makes it easier to comprehend the data. So, to easily analyze the data, “Order By” has been enabled for the processes like Hiring requests, Offer Approvals & Opening Lists
    6. A new status filter has been included in while assigning candidates from Resume bank. The filters included are: All, Shortlisted, Not Shortlisted & Not Assigned.

    General

    1. A workflow process is a series of sequential tasks that are carried out based on user-defined rules or conditions, to execute a business process according to the rules and procedures of the organization. From this version onwards a “Reference number” will be generated for the workflow request after submitting the requests to track and know the status of the requests.

    Learning & Development

    1. Details about the budget for the sessions will now integrated in learning program request too from this version.
    2. Learning calendar are published in an organization to facilitate the processes including registration, alerts, nomination, attendance of trainees in a course, feedback etc., of the sessions. Upcoming sessions will alert the employees to know the details of the sessions they will undergo etc., From this version of TalentOz private sessions will also be listed in the learning calendar & upcoming sessions.

    Reports

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the system to benefit the clients who are using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Malaysia Pay registry Report.
    2. PCB Annual Payment Report (Malaysian Payroll).
    3. PCB Report – Year to Date PCB Contribution (Malaysian Payroll).
    4. PCB Report – CP8D Report (Malaysian Payroll).
