    Hi there! To wrap up the year, here are the modifications/upgrade in the application we delivered for you:

    Employee

    1. Based on the role privileges from now onwards users can view an additional widget named New Joinee widget – to display the new joinees in the organization.
    2. There can be plenty of reasons to rehire a former employee. Hiring new employees costs an organization significant time and money. Rehiring former employees can save the time and money needed for recruiting and training a new employee. TalentOz successfully implemented this feature. So, from this version based on role privileges. HR users can recruit the existing employees using Rehire option for separated employees.
    3. At a basic term, a career progression system turns an employee’s career into a series of levels and provides rules for how they move from one level to the next. In this version, custom career progression import has been successfully integrated with Position History user interface.
    4. In rehire processing of a separated employee, from this version employee’s previous manager and subordinates information details can be updated based on settings privilege.
    5. Also, in rehire processing ICNO Validation has been successfully implemented based on the settings privilege while adding employee through the process.
    6. Employee PDF option is enabled for Inactive employees.

    Performance

    1. A mail notification has been successfully enabled for Invitees while assigning invitees for performance appraisal.
    2. Also, a privilege setting has been successfully enabled to move the performance appraisal stages from one stage to another stage by managers in shift performance stage process.

    Learning

    1. TalentOz application has been updated to allow employees to attend the learning session when the corresponding resource applied for half day leave.
    2. While importing learning budget, Performance has been successfully optimized to import more records for Learning Budget to complete the import in lesser time.

    Leave

    1. In Year End Leave Process, TalentOz application has been designed to summarize the previous leave period’s leave balance summary after the manual yearend leave process.
    2. In Year End Leave Process the following details have been successfully integrated: 1. System designed to show the leave balance summary details which is carry forwarded from previous leave period to next leave period and will be updated and displayed in scheduled and taken of previous leave period. 2. Also, the Lapsed leave balance of employees is now successfully integrated in previous leave period after doing manual year end process.
    3. Across the leave period, from this version system designed to validate apply leave process when there is no enough balance for next leave period.

    Claims

    1. Performance is optimized to fetch the claim details in Itemised Claim Report to enhance the usability.
    2. The claim process allows employers to pay back employees who have spent their own money for business-related expenses. Travel advance form’s PDF is integrated with mail notification as attachment.
    3. Multiple Financial year is integrated with Claim process while apply claim form, Claim balance view and Claim balance report based on chosen Financial Year in Claim limit Entitlement feature.
    4. Also, in auto entitlement service has been successfully enabled for claim entitlement process for financial year / monthly / yearly limit.
    5. Cut Off Date validation – Cut-off date validation is enabled in Claim form to update the pay-out month and year based on settings for HR users.

    Time & Attendance

    1. Manager role users from this version can raise and process the Overtime proposal request based on role privilege.
    2. New report has been successfully integrated to fetch the attendance note details in the Attendance Note Report for the benefit of HR users.
    3. Performance optimization has been implemented to fetch the overtime proposal requests in OT List by closed date Report.
    4. Overtime Proposal – Round off settings enabled in Overtime settings page to round off Approved OT hours against schedule.
    5. Enabled schedule code, name & DTR duration in Overtime proposal form for better usability.

    Payroll – India

    1. System designed to change the IT schemes and the changes will be triggered for approval in Income Tax declaration.
    2. Payroll processor (HR user) able to acknowledge the IT schemes changes done by users in Income Tax declaration –
    3. Download IT statement option is enabled for payroll processor against paycycle employees or for ALL employees in the payroll overview page to make the system more comprehensive.
    4. Bulk payslips download option is enabled to download multiple employee’s payslip or for ALL employee’s payslip.
    5. In mid-month payroll process, EPF as well as EIS calculation has been successfully integrated.
    6. Password protection is integrated with payslip download from system as well as email notification based on paycycle configuration to enhance the security feature for payslip.
    7. An option to navigate Payroll Process and Pay registry implemented to improve the usability.
    8. From this version of TalentOz HR users can View the IT Statements without Publish
    9. Expand All / Collapse All option is enabled in Indian IT Statement to enhance the user experience.
    10. HR users can now navigate to the payroll process and Go to the pay registry option in the newly modified payroll overview page.
    11. Employee & Employee additional PF can now be added in statutory settings.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Payroll – India module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. CTC History Report – CTC history details report can be generated based on custom duration.
    2. JV Report – Bank charges integrated with JV report.

    Payroll Malaysia

    1. For LHDN changes 2021 has been successfully integrated for Malaysian payroll process.
    2. IT Declaration, Unique Component Limit Validation against Financial Year for Malaysian Employees.
    3. IT Declaration, Custom Component Max Limit Validation against Financial Year for Malaysian Employees.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Payroll module for Malaysia to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Statutory Report – Enabled advance filter to download based on Business Unit filter for below reports, 1) EPF, 2) SOCSO & 3) PCB.
    2. LHDN text file is integrated for leading international bank in Bank Format Report.
    3. Salary Text File Report.
