    Payroll

    We are glad to release a complete Integrated Payroll module for Malaysia with a capability to seamlessly handle Salary Calculation, Pay slips generation, Income tax calculation, Loans, Full & Final settlements and much more. The following statutory components are completed

    1. EPF – Employees Provident Fund
    2. SOCSO – Social Security Organization
    3. HRDF – Human Resources Development Fund
    4. ZAKAT
    5. EIS – Employment Insurance Systems
    6. Income tax – Income tax calculation for Normal Remuneration and Additional Remuneration
    7. Income tax – Previous employment tax paid
    8. Income tax – Benefit in kind
    9. Income tax – Arrears (CP38)
    10. Payroll reports – EPF, SOSCO, EIS and ZAKAT

    Payroll – General Features

    1. Variable component can be downloaded as excel file for a pay month.
    2. The Pay elements formula engine now supports Employee Fields for calculation purpose.
    3. Now each component will have an option to Ceiling of greater than 1 Rupee.
    4. Now the system will support custom components like Attendance Bonus, experience bonus.
    5. Excess PF calculation can be configured for Indian Payroll.

    Leave Management

    1. The system will automatically calculate the Leave Entitlement using the configured Prorate logic for any Appointment status change. This feature will publish a To-do List with the calculate leave days to HR. Upon approval, it will be assigned to employee. Assuming an employee moved from Probation to Permanent status, the applicable leave days will be calculated based on the configuration and assigned to employees.
    2. Any user in the system can delegate the workflow request to another employee for an approval. When a request must be approved by another Employee in the organization, then the current owner can use this feature to delegate the request.
    3. Now the system displays the Main and Carryforward Leave balance under the Leave Balance Summary Page.
    4. While applying for a leave, the system has an option in the settings to calculate total leave days by excluding only the Holidays, but the weekends are considered.
    5. We have provided a manual Accrual feature for HR based on the leave Accrual policy.
    6. Now the system allows the consecutive leave application in Reserved holiday feature. If more than one Reserved holidays fall consecutively then user can avail with one leave request.
    7. Comp Off Request – End date validation for comp off request will be based on Comp-off valid till date and not on the requested date.

    Time and Attendance

    1. Now user can select multiple Shifts and run the Attendance analysis
    2. We have introduced the Day overlap concept for Flexi Shift.
    3. Now the HR can track and review the Approved OT from the UI. This page also has an option to Change the Overtime Payment Mode before processing the payroll.
    4. Report – Now the system has an option download Comp off utilization report based on the Comp Off leave, Comp Off OT, and Time off feature
    5. Report – User can generate the Time adjustment raised by Employee or Manager as an Report.
    6. Report – Overtime Proposal Vs Actual Report

    Claims

    1. The system has an option to Convert Currency both manually and automatically. The Live currency rates will be taken for calculation.
    2. There should be option to automatically deduct the peridium from the claim request form during the Travel reconciliation process
    3. Now the managers have an option to submit the Claim applications for their subordinates.

    General

    1. Goals data such as Target, Actual and Achieved can be updated for each employee using the Goal API Integration.
    2. Employee Position Update through Excel Import feature is available.
