    Payroll

    1. Form 16 is a certificate issued to salaried individuals by the employers when they deduct that TDS from the employee salary. By using TalentOz HR employees can now generate Form16 for the employees and employees can download their document in a hassle-free manner.
    2. Also system is now made available with Form 12BA too. This form is a statement regarding the perquisites and other benefits or amenities and profits in lieu of salary. So HR users can now generate Form 12BA too in an easy way and made available to their employees from TalentOz.
    3. TalentOz application is now equipped with more feature for HR people to find employees without any DTR records because they may be on leave for genuine reasons or on duty to get paid their salary.
    4. From this version, in order to increase performance two new exceptions are added in processing payroll. By that HR users can now check if any employees are without service date and salary details and then they can update their details to continue their salary process.
    5. Pay Register has been successfully implemented for an Gulf client according to Gulf taxation system.

    Leave

    In enhancing the Leave module efficiency and performance to make the application more useful for the HR users couple of new features are being introduced in this version of TalentOz.

    • Department Leave Calendar:
      1. Added a new tab called Department Leave in Leave calendar. If users want this tab to be displayed on this widget they just need to simply ON, the feature.
      2. It will show the leave of the employees from the same department.
      3. Also employees from the same business unit from the other department should not view the other department employees leave.
    • “Inform To” in Leave Form:
      1. In order to make coworkers aware of any employee’s leave of absence on any specific dates, this feature allows the employee to select coworkers of the same Business Unit to send a notification regarding his/her absence of leave.
      2. Employee can select maximum 5 employees to inform about their leave of absence
      3. It will send the details of the employee’s leave of absence through an email notification.
    • Leave Type Ordering:
      1. Current system list out the Leave types that are allocated to the employees based on their leave type created time stamp. But from this version, a new Ordering Field is added in the form so that the leave types will be shown based on ordering number.
      2. This Ordering Number of will be reflected in displaying the Leave types and in Leave Balance Summary.
      3. From this version, requests which are pending for a significant time period will be notified to the concern managers via an email stating the number of pending requests that need to attend.
      4. System is upgraded with adding a validation in a schedule to consider Half day weekend as Full day and consider as full day in all appropriate calculation across the application.
      5. Now managers can delegate the service requests from their employees to the corresponding or any employees for service desk requests.

    Performance

    1. To optimize performance in loading page, from this version onwards competencies, goals which are assigned to employees in performance appraisal form will be load when the user opening the appraisal form.
    2. While preparing appraisal form a new field “Due Date” has been introduced from this version. So that the reviewers, reviewees who are all involved in the performance appraisal should complete the stages before the due date. Once the date exceeds, the form moves into the lock mode, where employees can view the form, but no operations are allowed to perform in the appraisal form.
    3. System is now allowed to create IDP for dynamic components too.
    4. Instruction section has been added for each performance component (Competency, Goals).
    5. Users can now delve into more information about the employee in the performance form by simply clicking the Employee card in the appraisal form.
    6. Now the components like Goals, Competencies & One-on-One Meeting etc., are configurable and the users can now set the sequence of components to be appear in the performance appraisal form.

    Reports

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the system to benefit the clients who are using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Leave List Report
    2. Leave Balance Summary Report
    3. EOS Accrual Calculation for UAE
    4. Pay bill Report by Cost center
    5. WPS Letter Format
    6. Non WPS Letter Format

    General

    1. Now users can view the Claim acknowledgement in submission form too.
    2. System is now modified so that the available salary components of an employee can be made displayed for Employee Export too.
    3. Some labels in Attendance Module are modified based on the feedback and according to the industry standards
    4. Some observations mentioned by Gulf client has been successfully incorporated in the system.
    5. User Interface changes has been successfully integrated for Gulf client.
    6. Employee Grade has been added in Employee group filter to add more efficiency.
    7. Employees can able to see all the groups is view mode when clicking the particular group name
    8. Absent report performance Optimization
    9. As mobile application grabs traction, TalentOz mobile application in Android environment got some facelifts and some bugs has been addressed based on the web application and made available in Google play store.
    10. For reporting purposes, when HR users importing Business Units across organization, the system is now updated in a manner HR users can include ALL department in the list.
