    Payroll

    1. Multiple Paycycles and Business Unit filter option is integrated in below reports,
      • EPF Form A
      • SOCSO &
      • EIS
    2. SOCSO and EIS File – below changes updated: 1 Employee Name order by Staff Name & 2 Employer Code from BU other details
    3. For Malaysian income tax CP21, CP22 and CP22A files, Column D(A) has been successfully added on last month net pay salary.
    4. In salary details page, from now onwards users can able to provide remarks
    5. In employee’s loan page from this version users can edit the EMI value of employees.

    Performance

    1. From this version, dynamic components can be managed (add/update/delete) by the admin users in a performance form at any time.
    2. In order to increase the efficiency of performance plans, now admin users can simply share the performance plan in simple ways. Also, HR role-based permissions are integrated in this version to manage privileged users in sharing the performance Appraisal.
    3. Similar to dynamic components, static components which are used in the form can also be managed (add/update/delete) by admin users in performance form at any time.
    4. Dynamic status lock Information in performance form has been successfully integrated for the following:
      • When stage duration expires
      • When next stage is yet to come, &
      • When the performance form is accessed by other reviewers.

    Employee

    1. System now allow users to update employee’s movement date as any date while updating movement related information of the particular employee.
    2. Employee status filter is now enabled for “employee experience” report to make the report more usable.
    3. Enabled privilege to the corresponding users to add/update/delete the career progression entries in the career progression page of the employees from this version of TalentOz.
    4. While HR admin users to export the employees of the organization, they are now provided with different options they want to select like active, inactive or all employees during the download process.
    5. HR users can now able to view the complete profile or quick profile of an employee from the employee list view page as it has been enabled successfully.
    6. “Add Career Progression” for employees in the career progression section is enabled with the privilege.
    7. Employee export report is integrated for dynamic fields in employee profile.

    Leave

    1. HR users can now customize how the leave types should display by simply providing order number of the leave type according to their own company policies.
    2. Auto accrual of leave for the employees based on the length of service rendered by the employees has been successfully integrated from this version.
    3. Accrual simulation process for monthly and yearly has been successfully integrated from this version for employees.
    4. Reason auto update based on the defined duration.
    5. Accrual process has been integrated successfully for earn by monthly and yearly prorate data
    6. In this version, provided download an option to download the leave transaction list for managers.
    7. In order to track the details of deleted records an audit trail has been successfully integrated for leave deletion process for HR/Admin users.
    8. Attendance analysis page displays an overview of employees’ attendance during the selected time period. This report can be used to assess the efficacy of employees. From this version users can view pending leave type in absence summary.

    Recruitment

    1. Browser/System time display on downloaded files for below process,
      • Hiring request PDF,
      • Candidate profile PDF &
      • Offer approval form PDF.
    2. Brought ICS file attachment with respective work location time for schedule interview and reschedule interview process.
    3. Now users can view all the relevant details of an opening in “Review and Publish” opening page. The details include
      • General details (Opening, Candidate Requirement, Rec Specialist, Survey template),
      • Stage Details &
      • Round details
    4. Currency settings page enabled in system settings to be managed by Admin users from this version of TalentOz.
    5. From this version, an option is enabled to audit trail for evaluation scoring and completion process.
    6. Enabled approval audit in PDF downloads for Hiring Request.
    7. Audit trail is integrated with offer approval PDF download.

    Learning & Development

    1. “Cutoff date” is integrated to restrict the users to apply when the cutoff date has expired for the following
      • Assign employee to session,
      • Team Nomination &
      • Self Nomination processes.
    2. Allowed to upload multiple attachments with different extensions as
      • Text,
      • Images (png, jpeg, jpg, gif, tiff),
      • Excel(xls, xlsx)
      • Doc/Docx,
      • PDF,
      • Zip,
      • Ppt/Pptx,

    3. Employee card details are now successfully integrated with learning request list of employees for easy access.
    4. From now onwards system allow users to delete the program when there is no session is created against the program

    Organisation

    1. Currency settings enabled in system settings and system allow users to add/update currency from settings page itself.
    2. General and specific guide notes are successfully integrated with all the imports options provided.

    Reports

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the system to benefit the clients across different geographical locations who are using the system. They are as follows:

    2. EPF 12 months report purpose
    3. PCB Report for annual payment (Malaysian Payroll)
