    Leave Management

    1. Now the user has an option to apply leave for only the Reserved Holidays. Admin user can tag the Holiday list against the Leave type. The end user can avail leave only for the listed holiday and not on normal working days.
    2. Now the admin user has an option to edit the leave balance, all entitlements and deduction directly from the admin settings.
    3. We have provided Year filter for all the leave reports, which can help the user to filter and download reports for any leave period.
    4. Now the user can import Leave Transaction Import for Past and Future leave periods.
    5. Now the system will display the Negative leave balance, in case an employee apply for an overdrawn leave without enough leave balance

    Time and Attendance

    1. We have displayed all the information pertaining to the Time and Attendance on a single screen for a day. The details such as Overtime, Holidays, Time-off, Schedule, leave and Time adjustment can be tracked from the Daily time record.
    2. The From Date and To date filter is introduced in other schedule pages to view all schedule changes for an employee between the given range.
    3. Introduced multiple overtime requests for a single day. An employee can raise more than one overtime request for a day.
    4. We have brought the shift code in all interface wherever a shift is displayed.
    5. We have introduced the grace period calculation for overtime.
    6. We can restrict the overtime proposal with the minimum hours required. Upon satisfying the request only, the employee can submit the OT proposal.
    7. Now employees can claim the overtime beyond the shift range. This can be achieved by raising the Time adjustment from the Daily time record. The overtime will be calculated against the adjusted time without checking the Shift range.
    8. Now the Time Adjustment request can override all the shift range validations and the user can raise adjustment across the date range for a day.
    9. We have provided the attendance Rerun to all managers and HR users for a given month. They can perform this action on the Daily time record. This feature will recalculate the OT, tardiness, undertime for each day for the selected month.
    10. We have provided a user interface for the HR to manage the Approved overtime. In case of any change in the payment mode, they can do it from this page.
    11. Admin has an option to restrict the employee by Applying the overtime for future dates.
    12. We have provided an option for the HR to import the OT proposal for an employee using the Excel file. This option will import and calculate the overtime hours based on their time entries.
    13. We have introduced the Attendance report for Payroll input (Form25) View to all Employees and Managers

    Payroll – India

    1. Now the user has an option to calculate the Overtime payment against the Approved Overtime for a Pay month and this generated payment information can be pushed as an input to the payroll module. The settings page will help admin to set up the formula for OT calculation.
    2. The user can define the shift allowance amount against a shift for a group of employees. Based on the shifts the employee worked, the Allowance amount will be calculated by the system and sent as an input to payroll module.
    3. Now the system has an option to Round-off feature at a Component Level
    4. We have provided an option to import unpaid leave from Excel file

    Claims

    1. Now the system has an option for the Claims Approver to edit the claim amount before approving the claims.
    2. Now the system provides an additional option for the approver to partially approve the items from the claims form.
    3. The Claim processor has an option to do Attachment while updating the payment status.

    General

    1. We have implemented the GST calculation for the purchase order. The percentage of GST for each item is configurable in the system.
    2. The system will automatically notify the Recruitment specialist with the number of pending candidates in each round to prompt an action.
    3. Date filter option is provided in the change request for HR users.
    4. Arabic version is now available for Recruitment and Separation module.
    5. Now the user can view all the downloaded reports in one single console.
