    Payroll

    1. Some new components have been included in the Others section of Benefit in kind process and all the components are successfully integrated.
    2. A new payslip template has been successfully integrated with YTD statement for our clients to use.
    3. Payroll module has introduced a new loan type in the name of “Zero Interest” for employees and it has been successfully integrated with the payroll process.
    4. CIMB text file specification is available in following reports:
      • EPF
      • File Specification for Payroll
      • LHDN File Format
      • SOCSO Report

    Performance

    1. Performance optimization has been done to optimize the module in Shift performance appraisal stage process
    2. Admin/HR can now manage custom non-scoring components in performance form at any time they need.
    3. Edit score update is integrated in performance appraisal form
    4. Now users can import the goal information with the following details
      • Goal plan
      • Actual values &
      • Library goals

    Claim

    1. In claims iOS mobile application improvements has been successfully amended regarding some Attachment issues.
    2. In order to do smooth claims for employees, Employee Group Optimization is integrated in below processes
      • Apply claim &
      • Apply Travel Request
    3. In a large set of data, every user will look for sorting the information they are dealing with. So, to find the things quicker on a list, TalentOz claims module has now updated with Alphabetical sorting for claim group while applying claims.

    Employee

    1. In Employee visa details section from now onwards, employees are allowed to have more than one active VISA information.
    2. In this version of TalentOz, new settings page is integrated for users to define mail notification template for employees’ profile change requests.
    3. Users can now switch tile view and list view and vice versa in employee list page easily as the option is enabled in employee profile page.
    4. Decimal values are now included for employee’s service period values in employee groups.
    5. In order to manage the profile change requests from employees, menu privilege is integrated for HR/HR Derived roles.
    6. Component audit integrated for uploading personal information of employees to keep track of changes made in the system.
    7. Enabled option for “profile change request notification settings” to configure notifications by the users.

    Leave

    1. Optimization has been done in employee group feature for easy and better access in
      • Apply Leave &
      • Leave Balance Summary pages
    2. Compensatory off is taken as a leave, for working extra on a working day or weekly off or work in a holiday This primarily is defined in the leave rules depending on the company policy. The comp-off rules are now successfully integrated with Form25 process from this version.
    3. Leave entitlement process is integrated based on length of services of employees in below two types
      • Monthly &
      • Yearly Type.
    4. Leave reason auto configuration is enabled against leave type.
    5. Leave entitlement process is integrated for below process or events
      • Add Employee,
      • Make as Employee,
      • Import Employee, d) Appointment status update
      • Employee Movement

    Recruitment

    1. In consultant portal of recruitment module, a privilege is enabled for recruitment consultant to capture apply/not apply candidates for easy access.
    2. Also, a privilege is enabled to disable active/closed openings for recruitment consultant in consultant portal.
    3. To streamline and optimize the recruitment processes across the organization all the openings across the organization can be managed by global HR role.
    4. To provide users an easy way to handle the requests, “save as draft” is successfully integrated in hiring approval’s workflow process for the following:
      • Replacement &
      • New Vacancy pages
    5. Users can now re-Initiate process in offer approval process in simple steps from this version of TalentOz.
    6. HR users can able to update opening type as “External to Private” and “Private to External” at any time.
    7. Global HRs/Admin are now able to manage all the hiring requests for better streamlining the whole recruitment process.

    Learning & Development

    1. Round Off the cost values based on settings for session cost is now possible from this version of TalentOz.
    2. Based on the role privileges, session cost details in my training details will get displayed from now onwards.
    3. While creating a session, HR users can provide session cost as per person / batch. An effective validation has been successfully integrated.
    4. Participant count validations are successfully integrated while assigning participant to the session through
      • Assign employee to session,
      • Team Nomination &
      • Self Nomination processes
    5. Now TalentOz system will proactively restrict employees to apply for more than one session when the employees already have session for the same day through
      • Assign employee to session,
      • Team Nomination &
      • Self Nomination processes

    Time & Attendance

    1. Advanced filter options are enabled in Time Off request report from this version of TalentOz to give a better view for the users.

    Organisation

    1. System allowed to send “Login Credentials” for 50 employees at one time with multiselect option
    2. Some changes are successfully integrated in “Users” library as following so that from onwards
      • a view button enabled for each and every user to view the user details,
      • Multi select option is enabled to send bulk login credentials, &
      • Active status is enabled with “On/Off” option.

    General

    1. Email notifications is enabled for pulse survey process for users to communicate regarding pulse survey.
    2. Also, Todo notification is also enabled for pulse survey process.
    3. Email notification settings and process integrated for delegation process in the workflow steps.
