    Hi there! To wrap up the year, here are the modifications/upgrade in the application we delivered for you:

    Organisation

    1. TalentOz application allows various resource types can be added to the system to categorize the organization resources. The system allows you to add as many resource types as organization need based on their unique environment. Once the resource types are set up you can set up your resources and assign them to a resource type. While booking a resource status filter has been successfully integrated to sort the bookings based on Closed, Booked, and cancelled status. By default, system will display the booked status.
    2. Date filter is integrated in Resource Booking option to sort the Bookings based on Chosen date and bookings will be sorted based on latest date and time duration.
    3. In Document Center page where employees can access the documents are now optimized to load huge files in Document Center.
    4. Restricted Import log against action users except admin role users. Admin only can access all the imported logs without any restrictions.

    Recruitment

    1. Candidate reference field has been successfully enabled in Candidate profile to capture the reference employee information.

    Employee

    1. Employee and Position tags has been successfully enabled in reminder notification template to make the process easier for the HR users.
    2. Employee group-based approval process is integrated with Employee change request process when employee group is assigned to the user.
    3. In eTransfer process, ignore option is integrated with Employee Movement Process to ignore of the movement process during the whole movement process.
    4. Employee movement is a process of placing employees in positions where they are likely to be more effective or where they are to get more job satisfaction. This movement process may be a horizontal or lateral movement of an employee from one job, section, department, shift, or position to another at the same or another place. As this movement process is a crucial one to maintain the transparency of an organization, to improve the workforce relationship, from this version reporting audit has been successfully integrated with roles and users while doing the process for reporting structure changes.
    5. In employee group, confirmation status has been implemented with employee group filter to make the filter options more effective.
    6. While processing employee movement, remarks option has been successfully integrated with default movement settings: Change Band/grade.
    7. An advance Filter is enabled in manage separation page to sort the separation process request based on a) Duration, b) Business Unit, c) Department, d) Worklocation, e) Position Classification & f) Status.

    Performance

    1. Successfully integrated default fields from performance components in performance appraisal form PDF download in the performance form PDF document.
    2. Also, in the performance Form PDF, role privileges have also been successfully integrated with performance appraisal form download option.
    3. Normalization of scores is intended to introduce greater objectivity in the employee performance review process of an organization. In TalentOz performance module, custom range scoring is integrated with Normalization score in performance appraisal form based on Normalization Policy settings.
    4. Successfully integrated open-ended components with Performance appraisal form PDF download to give an effective appraisal process.
    5. Integrated goal list view with dynamic goal fields based on on/off goal field privileges in Goal Library page to give an optimized view of goals by HR users.
    6. In performance form PDF document scoring privileges integrated with performance appraisal form PDF download.

    Learning

    1. While updating learning budget details, Performance has been successfully optimized to update more records for Learning Budget.
    2. Program Type field is integrated with learning request form as well as in the corresponding Reports based on settings privileges.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Learning module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Training Productivity Report
    2. Learning Program Summary Report

    Leave

    1. While employees applying for the Leave both the calendar days and business days validation is included when employees applying leave for past days.
    2. In Leave Type Settings page, Apply Past leave validation settings has been successfully integrated with calendar and business days option. By default, Calendar days will be selected.

    Claims

    1. While employees applying claim, validation has been enabled to restrict the apply claim process when there is no balance, or 0 entitlement based on settings.
    2. From this version, users can edit the Receipt Date field based on Settings privileges provided by the users according to their organisation rules and regulations.
    3. Retract option in claim process has been successfully enabled at final processer step to Retract final processed step claim form processing.
    4. Currency converters aim to maintain real-time information on current market or bank exchange rates, so that the calculated result changes whenever the value of either of the component currencies does. Hence an advance import is enabled to import the Currency conversion rate.
    5. View claim balance details redesigned so that when parent and child combination not available for the claim type to make the claim more understandable.
    6. Integrated new feature called “Organization Claims” in Travel and Claims module to control Organization level claim and travel process. Based on / off HR users can manager organization level Claim requests, Travel requests and Widgets.
    7. Claim form’s PDF is integrated with mail notification as an attachment.
    8. Request Number is introduced in Travel and Claims mail notification to make it more comprehensive.
    9. Edit option has been successfully integrated to edit the Travel amount details in travel advance form by next level approvers based on role privilege.
    10. In claim and travel advance form, request Number is integrated with claim process and request number tag enabled in PDF and Notification template
    11. Role privilege is enabled for HR Roles/ HR custom roles to assign employee group with Claim type.
    12. In Email Notifications for both the Body and Subject from now onwards claim Request Number will be included to make the request more unique.
    13. In Email Notifications for both the Body and Subject from now onwards Travel Request Number will be included to make the request more unique.
    14. Feature privilege is integrated with Payout details section while claim approval.
    15. New feature is enabled to apply claim form from the already applied claim requests with copy of all the claim details to make the employees life easier when they want to apply claims for repetitive and mundane claims.
    16. Role privilege is enabled for Create Duplicate claim form feature based on role privilege.
    17. Advanced filter is enabled in Claim payout report to download against payout duration.

    Time & Attendance

    1. While importing employee schedule, performance has been successfully optimized in schedule import routine to make the process more effective.
    2. Overtime proposal request feature privilege is enabled for both self and manager context users to apply overtime proposal.
    3. Role feature privilege is enabled to import the employee schedules by manager role users.
    4. New feature has been successfully implemented to edit or delete the employee schedules by manager role users.
    5. Performance has been optimized to load organization’s attendance analyses in less time.

    Payroll – India

    1. EPF Lookup code enabled in Lookup Master for better usability.
    2. From this version HR users can email multiple payslips as an attachment from the payroll overview page itself.
    3. In payslip / IT statement pages, Timezone option has been successfully included to send Payslip/It Statement according to Timezone selected.
    4. Payroll Component Import – Added component Name as another Header row in Pay registry Excel download.
    5. HR users can now generate Employee salary master report based on custom duration and Employee status filter options.
    6. Emailing multiple IT statement as attachment from Payroll Overview page has now made possible from the page itself to improve the accessibility.
    7. Manage Separation – Processing Year and Processing Month is integrated with Full and Final Settlement process while processing settlement.
    8. While managing separation process, from this version a new option called “Exclude from Settlement” feature is integrated with Full and Final Settlement process while processing settlement to on/off the processing Year and Month from Settlement process.
    9. Also, in the separation process, delete privilege has been enabled to delete the separation process request from the list and audit is integrated accordingly.
    10. Settlement payslip Download – Bulk payslip download option is enabled in manage separation process to download payslip for all the separated users.
    11. Advance Filter is enabled in Resettlement process to sort the settlement processed request based on a) Duration, b) Business Unit, c) Department, d) Worklocation, e) Position Classification & f) Status.
    12. In Pay Register page, component’s name has been enabled instead of component code for better understanding of the components by the users.
    13. Email notification is enabled to send payslip to the employees based on below criteria, a) Send On, b) Send at, c) Time Zone & d) Send Email For.
    14. Admin/HR Users can generate and send Payslip and IT Statement together as email to make the whole process lot easier for the users.
    15. Delete privilege is enabled to reverse the payroll process and separation process.
    16. While importing one-time components, component code with name details enabled as new sheet in Import for One Time Components
    17. Pay Registry – Advanced filter is enabled in pay registry as below, a) Payroll Period, b) Paycycle, c) Business Unit, d) Work Location, e) Position Classification & f) Department.
    18. In IT Declaration: Lock and Release the following amendments has been successfully included to make the whole process bit easier for the users: a) Introduced new filters like BU, Work location, Department, Position Classification, b) We can do lock or release against each employee’s provisional and actual amount.
    19. As a part of new enhancement in IT declaration the following amendments has been made: a) Introduced two columns for provisional as Declared and Approved provisional. B) Based on IT declaration lock, Provisional and Actual amount fields will work. C) Tax Regime Tab is removed, and it will display Business income and Income Tax regime in IT declaration page itself, d) In Actual, existing two fields combined and renamed as declared and approved actual amount (except for HRA section), e) Status of actual is renamed as Actual Status, f) PAN Number is included
    20. In IT declaration pending request: Now, we can able to approve or reject the provisional requests and Tax regime requests if initiated by the employee, b) If HR added a provisional amount for an employee, then it gets approved directly, c) If HR added a provisional amount for self, the request will send for approval, d) For admin, all Business unit employee’s pending requests will display, e) 5.For HR, based on assigned Business unit employees pending requests will display, & f) On the IT declaration pending request page, one link “”View actual pending requests” is provided to view the actual pending requests.”
    21. While importing separation process TalentOz now Included Separation Status, Processed Month and Processed Year column in import template.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Payroll – India module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Pay registry Report – Integrated advanced Filters in Pay registry report.
    2. Payroll summary report – Custom Payroll Summary Report is designed, User can view division wise pay registry information.
    3. Pay registry by calendar Year – Excel format is integrated in pay registry report.
    4. Technical Vs Non-Technical Report -RPA – new report is integrated to fetch the payroll processed details by businessunit wise in as excel sheet.
    5. Payroll summary report -Custom Payroll Summary Report is designed, User can view employee wise pay registry information.
    6. CTC History Report – CTC history details report can be generated based on custom duration and Employee status filter.
    7. Individual Allowance Listing – New report is enabled to capture the individual allowance details.
    8. Individual Deduction report – New report is enabled to capture the individual deduction details.
    9. Salary Reconciliation Report – Total allowances component is successfully integrated

    Payroll Malaysia
