    Payroll

    1. Leave Encashment – Now the system has an advantage of creating pay components against each leave types and map the components accordingly. After successfully completing the payroll process, in Pay slip, employees can look into the earning / amount against leave type has been paid for him.
    2. In Pay Register, In order to improve the visibility and also to show the different components of the pay register in the excel reports, Grand total is amended.
    3. Now the system is added with some statutory fields based on different countries and their respective compliance action.
    4. The following reports are available in the system
      • Pay Registry By Department wise
      • Form 5
      • Form 10
      • Provident Fund Statement by Department wise
      • ESI Register Statement by Department wise
      • Consolidated CTC Report
      • ECR II report

    Time and Attendance

    1. Lock Feature is now made to available in Shift change, Leave, Comp off, OT, Time off, Attendance Note
    2. Now employees can apply Time Off for an hourly time more than one time on the same day.
    3. Attendance Regularization – Performance and Paging increased to 50 in Attendance Regularization page.
    4. Reports – Multiple Time Off concepts integrated in Reports (Attendance Working Sheet, Absence Report, Consolidated DTR Report).
    5. Attendance Schedule Roster –Design Changes is incorporated.
    6. Now the system will validate for any empty content upon when employee applying Time Adjustment request.
    7. Now the system has an option to search inactive employees in Daily Time Record (DTR).

    Leave

    1. Now Inactive employee’s transactions such as Entitlements, Deduction and Leave transactions can be added.
    2. Now the system is allowed an employee to apply for Comp off for working day if and only if the employee belongs to specific Employee Group and works in a particular shift.
    3. Now the system has an option to set any custom field as mandatory in leave form.
    4. Duty resumption is enabled for all users. For an employee resumes duty from the leave, previously the resumption is enabled only for users.
    5. A detailed duty resumption form report is now made available in application
    6. Now the system is amended with an auto email notification scheduler which will be send to all the corresponding employees with the number of to-dos pending across the modules.
    7. HR can apply leave on-behalf of employee and that goes through the workflow for the respective owners for Approval.
    8. Now the system has an option to set the custom leave period more than one year for an employee.
    9. Leave and T&A reports are now available for Mangers and department heads.
    10. Admin users can now set/Edit Expiry date for Carry Forward and Comp Off leave type in Edit Leave Balance page.

    General

    1. Now system will allow the Employees Movement for Position, Band, Grade, Appointment Status and Deputed Positions.
    2. Now Employees can Login to the system by using the Employee Number(Applicable only for the hosted solutions)
    3. Position classification filter has been introduced to all reports.
    4. Report Privilege for Admin users.
    5. Implemented “Consolidated Opening Tracker” Report in Recruitment module, which shows the complete picture of an opening like when its created, who created this opening, How many candidates are evaluavated, how many candidates in each and every stages etc.
    6. Hiring Request & Opening – Introduced “Compensation Range” information on opening , Hiring Request Work flow and Job portal.
    7. Employee List – Loading Panel implemented while filtering employee details.
    8. Employee Group – Loading Panel implemented while filtering employee group details and Preview employee details.
    9. Resume Parsing -UI for integration settings.
    10. Now the system is added with more fields in a Candidate Profile like (Experience details, Qualification, Skills).
