    Payroll

    1. When an employee’s position changed, based on the work location he placed PT details can now be automatically updated in the application. Mapping has been done for ALL states in India.
    2. In Full and Final settlement process, employee’s loan details like amount, interest rate and the balance amount are added as a section for HR admin users to do further course of action.
    3. Based on a client requirement, TalentOz successfully implemented an enhancement in End of Service Program according to their standard policies and procedures.
    4. Based on the employee’s assigned pay templates, allowances section in the IT declaration has been successfully modified in this version.
    5. Most countries use the decimal and thousands separator. Some countries use a comma (,) instead of a decimal to indicate that separation. For these reasons, it’s critically important to recognize the differences in the placement of decimal points and commas in international currency. A Comma Separator (,) has been added in the payroll module based on the currencies used and successfully included in the below pages:

    Time and Attendance

    1. Enhancement of behavior in the “view Attendance entries” modal window between DTR and SWAP Time record pages.
    2. In Adjustment Note, unpaired entries in the form which are added as same time entries in multiple rows modified now.
    3. Attendance entries import for single reader has been successfully implemented from this version.

    Performance

    1. HR users can now assign privileges for roles like self, manager, peer or subordinate to view the scores or accessing the remarks made in the performance form.
    2. In performance evaluation process, some clients opt for ignoring the scores of Goals, Competences and Potential in accessing the employee’s performance. So, from this version onwards, the scores can be ignored by simply clicking the ignore icon in the form. But to use this option HR users should select the option “Scoring by Rating” in the performance template.
    3. HR users can now configure who can access the overall score of the performance form.
    4. “Select Employee” option (Link) has been added in the My Goals page. By using this option managers / HR users can now select an employee to view the list of goals and its relevant details of goals he/she assigned with.
    5. Delete Goal privilege integrated for Employee Goals. If an employee creates / assigns a goal to himself / herself, in previous versions, the employee cannot delete the goal. From this version, employee goals can be allowed to delete.
    6. TalentOz application is now equipped with HR admin users can able to remove the organization’s Library Goals too.
    7. In order to make application more Custom Goal Ratings Integrations
    8. HR users can now configure how they want to round off the score values of Goals, Competencies, Potential or Overall Score in an easy manner.
    9. Dynamic components in performance can be managed by HR users too from this version. Previously Admin users can only administer the components.

    Learning & Development

    1. In a fast-changing business world, companies are now consolidating technologies to build an integrated, consistent learning environment for their employees. Employee training and development programs, when thoughtfully implemented, are the backbone of a company’s success. TalentOz application now updated so that HR users can now able to download the “Program Library”. Program library includes all the programs conducting across the organization.
    2. Similarly, HR uses can now able to download “Session Library” too.
    3. Employee development is almost universally recognized as a strategic tool for an organization’s continuing growth, productivity and ability to retain valuable employees. So TalentOz now integrated employee’s training session to his/her attendance.

    Employee

    1. Component settings (Mandatory, Unique, Edit Field description) with Employee Profile has been introduced in this version.
    2. A new Component Layout Editor has been added in this version.
    3. Service Request workflow issues has been resolved and it can successfully working.

    Recruitment

    1. PDPA Settings and configuration are added in Job Portal page
    2. HR admin users can now restrict candidates based on offer count.
    3. Resume bank are now validated based on the configuration settings by the HR users.
    4. Enable/Disable fields at Settings page for Job Portal has been successfully added.
    5. Shared Openings list with ON / OFF option for Consultant Portal has been successfully implemented.
    6. HR users can now able to view any candidate fitness percentage at Manage opening page.
    7. Attachment option in evaluation template has been added from this version of TalentOz.
    8. An ICS file is a calendar file saved in a universal calendar format used by several email and calendar programs. So, from this version HR admin users can attach ICS file for evaluator mail.
    9. Send Remainder to Candidate with enable option.

    Claims

    1. HR users can now add fixed mileage route for employees and the distance covered in the route for employees and configured in the settings page. Also, they can set whether employees are allowed to edit the distance travelled.

    Reports

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the system to benefit the clients who are using the system. They are as follows:

    3. Hourly Time off at Form 25
