    Service Desk

    1. We have introduced a new module in Talentoz to manage the service request from employees.
    2. The module is enabled with dynamic Form builder feature to create unique forms for a different service request.
    3. Module also had the capability to send the form as a To-Do request to the employee to complete and submit back to HR.
    4. Service desk is built on top of the workflow engine which enables the admin to configure workflow with different stages of approval.
    5. The module has an option to configure the email notification under workflow engine. System admin will have the option to change the content and design of the emails for all workflow status

    Overtime Management in Attendance

    1. Now the system has an option to configure the email notification for Overtime Request and Approvals under workflow engine. System admin will have the option to change the content and design of the emails for all workflow status.
    2. Now user can approve / reject the overtime request through home page To-Do option.

    Document Management

    1. We have introduced a new feature in Talentoz to manage and share documents such as HR Policy documents, Safety documents, etc. to all employees in the organization

    LMS

    1. New Report – Leave Adjustment report to track the leave period
    2. The HR should be able to add attachments to leaves while Applying on behalf of employees
    3. Make the carry forward balance selected by default in the leave application form until the carry forward balance expires.
    4. We have introduced a new feature in talentoz to trigger an auto email notification to the employees for justifying the reason of absence (no attendance activity) either as a leave or time adjustment.

    Separation

    1. Now the system has an option to configure the email notification for separation request and Approvals under workflow engine. System admin will have the option to change the content and design of the emails for all workflow status.
    2. We have also squashed some bugs in this update

    Recruitment

    1. Regret email to rejected candidates will have an additional authentication from HR before sending.

    Onboarding

    1. Preview option has been provided for onboarding display settings. This helps the admin to view the portal output even while designing.
    2. System now provides an option to HR to change the position title before publishing onboarding

    General

    1. The system has the capability to configure the employee HR contact for each business units.
    2. Now the HR has an option to publish the announcement to the specific group of employees using the employee group feature. This feature helps the HR to do the announcement to targeted group
    3. Now the HR can track the workflow request (claims, timesheet, travel advance, learning request) even before the approvals completed by the Managers.
    4. Report Privileges has been introduced in this build
    5. User should have an option to add IDP against the Goal and competency from employee profile
