    Payroll

    We are glad to release a complete Integrated Payroll module with a capability to seamlessly handle Salary Calculation, Pay slips generation, IT declaration, Indian IT calculation, Loans, Reimbursements, Full and Final settlements and much more.

    1. Pay Components – Define all your pay components instantly and set a logic for calculation. We provide Fixed, Formula based and Slab based calculation for each component. You can also tag whether a component has an impact in LOP or not.
    2. Pay Cycles – Create your own Pay groups within the organisation and define your Pay cycles for payroll processing.
    3. Pay Templates – System provides most flexible Pay templates for different group of employee. Each template can have own set of components and calculation logic. The system also has an option to set the eligibility group for each Pay template.
    4. Salary – Salary Simulation based on CTC, Salary allocation and Salary Revisions can be performed by the designated users.
    5. Payroll Process – One single console to perform all required payroll activities before processing the Payroll. New joined addition, Salary revision, LOP update, Loans Update, Arrears, Hold Salary, Update resigned Employee etc. Our payroll process completely takes care of Earning, Deduction, Loans, LOP, arrear calculation, IT calculation, IT statement generation, Payslip Generation etc.
    6. Reimbursement – Reimbursement module enables user to attach & submit the bills and reimburse the amount. The reimbursement scheduler helps to automatically allocate the Amount for each component either Monthly, Quarterly or Annually. The reimbursement request workflow can be configured completely as per your organisation needs.
    7. Loans – help to track any type of loan provide to the employee. The loan deduction can happen as part of payroll processing. Loan module has an option to calculate the interest rate based on Flat Interest or Reducing Interest EMI.
    8. Fixed Components – System has an option to provide Pay Components (Earnings or deduction) for a fixed duration for the selected employees.
    9. One time Component – System has an option to update Pay component (Earnings or deduction) for a Pay month for the selected employees.
    10. ESS – Employees can access their salary details, download pay slips, income tax declaration anytime and anywhere.
    11. Full & Final Settlement – module is enhanced with Notice Period Adjustments, Leave Encashments, Asset Recovery, Loans & Arrears, Gratuity & Other Payables etc.
    12. Report and Analytics – The following reports are available in the Payroll module

      • Payroll Register – User can view and download the complete pay register for a month in an Excel file
      • IT Statement – The Indian Income tax IT statement can be viewed for all employee for all Pay month.

    Time and Attendance

    1. Manager and HOD has an option to import the Shift roster for their respective team members. An excel import option will be available in the Shift Roster page.
    2. Now the system has an option to download the Time off report.

    Travel and Claims

    1. Now the Travel request form has an additional section to provide the Accommodation details for Hotel Booking. User must provide the check in, Check out date and place of stay. This feature helps the travel desk team to facilitate the accommodation during the Travel.
    2. Now the Claim for has an additional option to tag a claim as “Billable to Project or not”. This feature will help to account the claims received against each project

    Performance

    1. Acknowledgement of Performance Appraisal Form Preparation is enabled for Reviewer’s manager.
    2. We have provided an option to attach supporting file for each goal in Goal Library.
    3. We have completely revamped the mail content for all the mails in Performance Appraisal Module.
    4. We have squashed some bugs in performance Appraisal module.

    Resource Management

    1. System has an option to update the project health status by the Project owner. Every day health log will be maintained against each resource in the project. At any point in time the Admin or the RMG head can review and compare the project health log.
    2. Now the Project details has an option to capture project Category.
    3. The following reports are available in the Resource Management module
      • Project Strength Report – Display the resource details against each project. This report can be enhanced with Start date and end date filter option.
      • Time frame of resource release – Display the employee who are going to get released from the project for the provided duration.
      • Resource ageing Analysis report – This report displays all the employee list in the bench with a timeline of number of days in bench.
      • Report to display employee against the Skill and Position classification.

    General

    1. In competency assessment scoring page, the system display Anchor Descriptors for each competency.
    2. Employee Quick view has an option to display Employees active IDP count.
    3. We have introduced the Role Privilege for all the Reports. This feature will enable the admin to provide an access rights for each role in the system.
    4. We have provided the retract option in HR Service Desk last step. This option will allow the user to retract their last action and move the request to pervious state.
