    Payroll

    1. We have introduced a new feature in Loan module called Salary Advance, where user have to provide number of days (From date and To date), the advance amount will be automatically calculated by the system based on employee’s current salary.
    2. We have done some Performance optimization for Payroll processing to make it process faster.
    3. Payroll processor now have an option to download the Variable earning and deductions as an excel file.
    4. The system has the inbuilt feature to calculate the Experience Bonus based on the slab.
    5. Now the Pay template has an option to calculate the Excess PF calculation for employer contribution.
    6. Gratuity Calculation is now available for all Gulf regions.
    7. Now HR can download the processed Shift Allowance as per the configured formula.
    8. JV and Wage Register and Pay Type Report

    Malaysia Payroll

    1. Now the system has an option to collect the Income tax – Arrears (CP38).
    2. Income Tax upload file format is available.
    3. Tax EA Form.
    4. Tax CP8D Form.
    5. SOCSO (Social Security Organization) CSV File for import.

    Leave Management

    1. HR has an option to adjust the overdrawn leave from other leaves. The system will automatically suggest the leave and balance to adjust based on the order of leave settings.
    2. We have introduced a lock feature for Leave module. After the payroll process the Processor can lock the Leave application feature for the Pay cycle duration.
    3. HR can set up and Accrue Leaves for New joined and Appointment status changed employees.
    4. Prorated Leave Accrual will happen when the separation date is updated.
    5. Now the system has a feature to automatically send absent notification to the respective Managers.
    6. When a public holiday is added, and if there is a leave applied during the period, the leave days will be automatically credited back to the Employee leave account. This feature will be applicable only for leaves with business days.
    7. Comp Off leaves can be Imported by HR from Excel file

    Time and Attendance

    1. Managers and HR can download the OT proposal Report with from & To Date filters.
    2. Tardiness and Undertime calculation has been implemented for Half day leave.
    3. HR has an option to import the Time Off request with the Excel import feature.
    4. Attendance Re-Run Wizard is enabled with more filters like Business unit, Department and work location.
    5. We have introduced a date picker in the OT form while choosing from time and To time, this feature will enable to claim overtime to following day also.
    6. Time Adjustment request from Employee can override all the range validation for a given day.
    7. Now the HR and managers has an option to Swap Time entry from Reader device to either previous day or next day.
    8. We have squashed some bugs in T&A module.

    Performance Appraisal

    1. We have introduced a Goal plan features in performance appraisal, this feature is used setup goal for the upcoming Appraisal period, both manager and employee can take part in this exercise.
    2. Need an option to update the Goal plan for each employee goal.
    3. Now Goal cascading feature has an option to automatically update the parent goal achieved percentage.
    4. We have provided Employee group filter while publishing the appraisal to the employees.

    General

    1. Asset list import through excel file.
    2. Workflow Admin console to manage steps and Owner in each step. This feature will enable the HR Manager to add new employee or removed employee in any workflow steps.
    3. Gulf region specific employee fields has been introduced in Employee Profile.
    4. Excel Import feature has been given for newly section in employee profile for gulf region.
    5. We have squashed some bugs in Employee, Learning and competency modules.
