    Organization

    1. Menu’s view changes have been modified in web application for better usability.

    Recruitment

    1. A new validation/control has been introduced to restrict the “Make as Employee” process for more than one time for same candidate through different openings
    2. In Resume bank Validation – Mobile number and Email address unique validation has been added successfully.
    3. Added ICS File Integration in the system for more comprehensive in the Evaluation process and Schedule evaluation process
    4. “Rescore” option is enabled to score the completed evaluation based on role privilege.
    5. Now users can prepopulate candidate information from candidate profile while initiating Onboarding process from Opening page
    6. Audit trail for shared applicants process in manage openings has been successfully added.

    Employee

    1. An Audit Trail feature has been successfully integrated to trace changes done on employee group configuration page. So, that users can view the changes made by the users with date and time stamp.
    2. Desired Position match for employees to know about the details about where they are standing in the position, they desire in the organization has now added with download option for employees to make more accessible.
    3. Role privilege is integrated for below sections in employee profile, a) Position match, b) Training hours and c) Last appraisal score.
    4. In Employee movement, user can give the Effective date in future, the background service does the movement task on the stipulated Effective date.
    5. To improve usability across the application, enabled mandatory * symbol in the Add employee wizard screen to make the users to understand the fields should be filled by the users.

    Performance

    1. From this version, HR users can change any completed appraisal forms of employees to pending status. By this option integrated in the system, now HR users can reopen any employee performance form which needs to be recalibrated.
    2. Custom Scoring logic has been successfully integrated with other reporting type in performance appraisal process. When a Level 2 reviewer is not available in the application, then the level 1 manager score will be taken as a final score.
    3. Score viewing privileges is an important feature in configuring who are all eligible to view the scores in appraisal form. In order to give users an advantage, default score viewing privileges for HR/Admin Roles in appraisal form has been integrated in the system.
    4. From this version, performance appraisal report will include custom manager’s score to make the performance form calculation part more comprehensive.
    5. Normalization score is considered as an overall score for the appraisal and enabled the normalization score also to be viewed in employee profile section too.

    Learning & Development

    1. Companies spending budget to make its workforce more relevant in the competitive world, In order to make this form more usable from this version onwards amount values in budget form will be displayed with Comma Separator to make it more accessible.
    2. A configuration is now enabled for the HR users to set that employees should apply for an external program before certain number of days.
    3. Budget Transaction Report has been successfully integrated to download the Budget Transaction Details
    4. Download option has been provided for users to download the division budget list
    5. CC mail notification has been integrated successfully in learning process too to make this process more effective.
    6. “Select Employee” option is enabled for users to choose the desired employees from the organization and assign for internal trainer.
    7. Session list has been redesigned for users to sort the sessions effectively from the list of sessions by making the current year as a default value.
    8. Cut-off date validation and its subsequent calculation for learning programs are now based on the settings provided by HR users according to their company policies.
    9. A learning session can have waitlisted employees who are want to join the session but due to non-availability of space they will be made as waitlist employees. From this version this option has been integrated with session too.
    10. In order to make the nominate process easier, from this version all the subordinates will be shown in modal window for Managers to easily nominate their sub ordinates.
    11. Employee Training details -Enabled Overall cost near to the overall training hours
    12. Employee group integration has been implemented in the following features:
      • Raise new program request
      • Learning track and
      • Learning request list.
    13. Seat count validation has been successfully integrated to control the employees in following feature:
      • Learning request form and
      • My recommended programs
    14. Audit trail details has been implemented in learning programs request PDF.

    Leave

    1. Auto entitlement for Add Employee, Employee movement and Make as employee.
    2. Audit Trail has been successfully integrated on the following configuration pages to track the changes are made in the settings:
      • Leave Type details
      • General Configuration details
      • WF Configuration details
      • Eligible Employees details
      • Leave encashment details
      • Leave Prorate configuration
      • Leave carry forward configuration and
      • Leave Accrual configuration to view any changes against leave accrual
    3. Without Prorate a fixed Leave entitlement is given to employee without considering the data of join. This is applicable for Maternity; Paternity leaves where fixed value of leave entitlement is given without prorate.
    4. Work location time is integrated in Leave Balance Summary List Report
    5. Leave Type to display in Leave Attendance Analysis report
    6. From this version, users can download employees leave list as PDF format to make the list more accessible format.
    7. Leave auto adjust process has been successfully integrated even the leave request process has been done via e-mail communication too.
    8. Successfully integrated leave auto adjust feature for employees while approving the leave requests from mobile application.
    9. Monthly accrual service of leave for employees has been successfully implemented to run a yearly accrual process also.

    Claim

    1. Delegate mail template is now enabled for users to use template in travel request too. So, from now onwards users can delegate the process in simple manner.
    2. From this version, HR users can generate Employee Claim Report based on employee group filter option too.
    3. Download option is enabled for employees to download their travel advance request form as PDF to make it more accessible format.
    4. MSS and HR role users can also submit the travel request process on behalf of employees to make the employee travel and expense management easy.

    Time & Attendance

    1. Attendance Regularization Report has been successfully integrated to download the attendance irregularities of employees to make better decisions.
    2. Force close option is integrated in Time adjustment process to close the pending adjustment note requests based on privileges
    3. Force close option is integrated in Time Off process to close the pending Time Off requests based on privileges

    Payroll – India

    1. India Tax change for FY 2020 – 2021, two options will be available one for New Tax Scheme and one for Old tax. User can enable this option from the statutory settings.
    2. From this version of TalentOz employees can copy their declaration from previous year. Also, employees can provide only the declaring part and not the original one.
    3. From this version, IT Declaration Bulk Import is made available for the users to import bulk data for easy process.

    Payroll Malaysia

    1. Import feature has been successfully enabled to import IT Declaration for Malaysia region
    2. For Malaysian income tax CP21, CP22 and CP22A files, Column D(A) has been successfully added on last month net pay salary. And, in order to make the process easier, termination benefit is integrated with CP21 Report

    Payroll General

    1. Back pay feature has been newly introduced in the application for new joiners in the organization. The main objective of this feature is to process arrears for a given month against any new employee.
    2. In loan section, admin users can now able to change the EMI amount of the loan to the employees irrespective of the interest, tenure and other dependent factors
    3. From this version, employees who are all having negative net pay against any paycycle will be shown in the payroll overview page of the employee.

    Mobile

    1. Based on the settings page, from this version leave balance summary, make remarks as mandatory and enable leave reason dropdown option for leave request can be accessed in mobile application.
    2. In mobile application from this version, employees insufficient leave will be auto adjusted with other provided leave types.
    3. Enable event-based validation – Display the event name, Date of Event and Event Validations
    4. Employees can now view from which leave type the leave days are going to be deducted in case of non-availability of leave.
    5. After applying leave employees can now able to perform edit or submit actions in the leave form.
    6. Menu privilege has been successfully integrated iOS mobile Application.
    7. Employees can now view their team leave too from this version of iOS mobile update.

    General

    1. Role privilege design is reconstructed as per the process flow to guide the user to configure system privileges more easily.
    2. Performance optimization on ToDo widget loading process in Home page
    3. Performance optimization on Active Employee List and Integrated with all other dependent components in TalentOz
    4. Leave Accrual service optimization for monthly and yearly
    5. Performance optimization on Leave approval process from mail
    6. Performance optimization is done in employee export feature.
