    Resource Booking

    1. We have introduced a new module in Talentoz to book and manage all your organization resources. The system has the option to create different types of resources as per your need. For example, Conference Rooms, Vehicles etc.
    2. The module also has an option to notify the booking status to selected employees in the organization with information like facilities required.
    3. Options provide to delete or reschedule your booking.
    4. The module allows the Admin to customize user permissions like Book, reschedule and Delete features for a specific group using role privilege option.

    Travel Advance Module

    1. Now the system has an option to configure the email notification for travel advance under workflow engine. System admin will have the option to change the content and design of the emails for all workflow status.
    2. We have provided an option for the user to download the travel advance and anticipated expense details through excel file.

    Timesheet

    1. Now, users can search and add task easily to their weekly timesheet using our new suggestion text control.
    2. More refined workflow status will be displayed in the Timesheet Approval list page.
    3. View your Half-Day Leave details with the hours worked for the remaining day from the Attendance section in Timesheet
    4. Timesheet Navigation alarm the user for data loss when user accidentally navigates to another menu without saving the existing form
    5. Project Expenditure Reports Associated with Rate per hour (Hourly Seat Cost) concept
    6. Now the system has an option to configure the email notifications for Timesheet module under workflow engine. System admin will have the option to change the content and design of the emails for all workflow status.

    Leave

    1. Filter Leave List and export to excel file
    2. Now you can view the employee leave form from the Leave calendar.
    3. Exceptional Holiday/Working day integrated with Employee schedule
    4. Admin can now enable and configure the status email notification for all people involved in the leave approval workflow.
    5. We have also squashed some bugs in this update

    Recruitment

    1. Applicant turnaround time between every stage in the opening can be downloaded as an excel report
    2. Managers can access the Sharing candidate process from the Home page in the To-Do section
    3. Now system automatically select’s the recruitment stages while publishing the opening.
    4. You can attach multiple documents during recruitment evaluation process.
    5. Now you can do the evaluation process from the To-do section in the home page.
    6. New analytic graph – See Candidate Status in the onboarding process from Recruitment dashboard.

    Separation

    1. New analytic report – Employee Notice period analysis report (Help to find every employee’s notice period variations during service period.)
    2. Now the system has an option to configure the email notifications for Separation module under workflow engine. System admin will have the option to change the content and design of the emails for all workflow status.
