    Leave

    1. Each Leave application has an additional validation to restrict minimum leave duration required to apply for leave. This feature will help organizations to set the cap limit of minimum leave days required while applying a leave request.
    2. The Auto accrual feature is enhanced with functionality to check Maximum days of leave balance an employee can hold during the time of accrual process. Based on this validation, the remaining days will be credited to the employee leave account or ignored if the Maximum days is available.
    3. The consolidated leave report will have more information like Business unit, Position, Department and Work location.
    4. Leave History data can be taken for all previous Leave periods. The following reports has been implemented with this functionality
      • Consolidated Leave Report, Entitlement Report, Leave Balance, Leave Planner Report

    Time and Attendance

    1. Employees can Raise a Time Adjustment request from Timesheet. Raise Adjustment button will be appearing in the Attendance activity modal window to perform this action.
    2. Now the Business Unit Head and Department Head can view the Attendance analysis feature for their respective Business Unit and Departments. Managers can view their team’s Attendance analysis.
    3. Now the Time Adjustment feature is enhanced with the workflow capability, which enables the admin to configure the approval process as per their organization SOP.
    4. Managers and Department Heads can configure the Shifts’ for their teams from Schedule management feature.
    5. Managers and Department Heads can view the complete schedule of their team from Attendance Schedule Roster Page.

    Performance

    1. Option to import the Goal details, Mapping Goals to Employee is now available under Excel Importer.
    2. Now the overall Performance scoring can be categorized under different Bands such as a Low performer, Medium performer and Star performers. The band description for each scoring range can be configured by Admin.
    3. We have squashed some bugs in Performance Appraisal Dynamic Component.

    Resource Management

    1. RMG Personal can perform a free text search for all the analytics in Resource Management Dashboard.
    2. Auto Reminder functionality has been implemented to remind the release of the resource before reaching the end date. This functionality can be configured by Admin to the number of days before the system to prompt an email reminder to Project Owners, Managers, HR etc.
    3. The following reports are now available in Resource Management module.
      • Project strength Analysis Report
      • Employee ageing in Bench Report

    General

    1. Now the Business unit tree view can be drill down to Work Location, Department, Position and Employee. The Employee Card will be displayed in the last node, which contains information’s like Employee Name, Employee Number and Photo.
    2. Now the HR can change the Employee Position from the career progression widget.
