    Payroll

    1. Now the system has an option to pay employee Claims through salary. We have integrated the Claims request to the payroll module. The claim processor has an option to map the approved claim request to any Pay Month. Each claims component can be mapped to Payroll component.
    2. Now loan module has an option to skip one or two-month EMI deduction.
    3. We have provided more advance setting to the Pay component master. Now System admin can change/ update the settings such as Taxable/ Non-Taxable, EA form settings, Pay element level round off etc. from the advanced user interface by themselves.
    4. Now the GOSI deduction for Saudi Arabia and Bahrain is available in the system. HR can tag an employee whether an GOSI deduction is applicable or not.
    5. Now all the Variable/Fixed deduction components have an option to consider the unpaid leave. Based on unpaid leave days count the system will calculate the deduction amount.
    6. Bulk Pay slip download tool is available now.
    7. Pay slip format based on Form-17 format.

    Time and Attendance

    1. Employee can raise a Shift change request from the ESS. The request is build on top of the Talentoz workflow engine hence user can configure the workflow for shift change request.
    2. Admin can restrict time adjustments request raised by employees by enabling a settings “No. of time adjustments allowed in a month”
    3. Now the system will highlight the Total overtime hours for the month when the hours exceeds a configured limit.
    4. More advanced settings based Form25 report can be generated. User can configure the required working hours for Half day and Full day based on the work location and schedule.
    5. Now the users can regularize the attendance using the “Attendance Regularization’ feature. In this feature they can manage absenteeism, tardiness, under time, single punch in/out or not satisfying the schedule hours.
    6. Overtime payment can be processed within the Payroll using advanced formula engine.
    7. Now the multi reader shift has an option to push the orphan out time received from out machine to the previous day automatically based on the settings.
    8. Attendance Activity Report – This report brings all the time entries in a column format

    Leave

    1. Now the system has an option to Edit and delete Leave for HR and Admin.
    2. Now the system will send the auto reminder to all Employees to fill the “Duty Resumption Form” after the END DATE when they have not submitted the Form.
    3. When selecting the leave type now the system will display both Main and Carryforward balance in leave application form.
    4. Now the leave policies can be provided for each leave type as an information for an employee to review.
    5. User has an option to change the leave period for the prorated leave balance.

    General

    1. Now the user can add the dependents photo under employee profile.
    2. We have brought Position and Grade Column in Absence Report
