    Organization

    1. We all need a little reminder to do task sometimes. To improve productivity among employees now TalentOz has been successfully added custom reminders for users and the custom reminders feature is enabled in reminder service as well as reminder list display page also.
    2. Setting Todo reminders by employees can not only be productive, but savior in some occasions. So, TalentOz application has just integrated “ToDo reminder” to send a notification to users regarding any pending process / tasks to complete based on the configuration settings.
    3. In Lookup Master component from this version, Lookup fields will be sorted by alphabetical order to easily categorize and to filter by Administrator/HR users. Not only for the HR users and the sorted lookup values will be more helpful in selecting values for users of other roles too.

    Recruitment

    1. Configuration is enabled to sort the employees based on Subordinates, Department, Business Unit and Organization level while selecting employee for Replacement Hiring Request successfully in this version.
    2. While creating an opening from now onwards privilege is enabled to create opening option based on role privilege settings. Also, privilege is also enabled to create opening option based on role privilege in Hiring Request Page.
    3. Configuration is enabled to sort the employees based on Organization level while selecting employee for Replacement Hiring Request.
    4. Division/Department tag is integrated with Hiring request mail template
    5. On candidate Profile Registration from this version Date of Birth of candidate has been made as mandatory option.

    eProbation

    1. eProbation rules are configurable based on Probation/Appointment status as a setting as like other modules configurations.
    2. Manager users can view the pending eProbation list and provided with an set of actions to initiate eProbation confirmation process.
    3. Administrators role users can add Evaluation Templates and Evaluation questions in the template for eProbation process to follow according to their organization standard regulations.
    4. Users can also design how evaluation questions are to be formatted like rating based or it should be open ended to evaluate employees in the process.
    5. Also, evaluation template can be assigned to the different employee groups with any hassle for the users in the eProbation process.
    6. IDP, Leave Days, Irregularities of attendance, Training Hrs. and E-course details can be displayed in eProbation form based on eProbation configuration settings.
    7. An assessment can be easily done through eProbation form during eProbation process to evaluate employees how they perform in the undergoing process.
    8. eProbation form can be initiated by managers behalf of their subordinates for confirmation or contract extension. And also, these forms can be processed by next level approvers/Processors based on workflow settings.
    9. eProbation list can be managed under pending and completed eProbation tab options for easy access.
    10. Notification settings can be defined for eProbation process based on workflow settings.

    Employee

    1. Field level ordering is enabled for users to change the order of the fields in Employee Profile Component Settings for better categorization and usage.
    2. To enhance and to extract more specific items, “Business Unit, Work Location, Department, Position, Division and Position Classification” filters has been added in the advanced filter option in the following reports: 1. Employee Qualification, 2. Employee Dependent Details, and 3. Employee Dependent Details Malaysia.
    3. In Letter Template feature, TalentOz can help the users to ensure that they have address all the necessary details in the letter. In this version, we added new dynamic text editor control is enabled for users to design more complex letter templates based on their business needs.
    4. In this version, Insurance report has been successfully enabled to generate Insurance details for dependent details of employees.
    5. Date of Birth (DOB) has been excluded from mandatory option for all the relationships except child in Dependent Details Malaysia widget in Employee Profile section and Import.
    6. Bank info, Malaysia Statutory, Dependent details Malaysia, Position, and grade section has been included when employees downloaded their My Profile section for better accessibility.
    7. On submitting change requests on Employee profile, maximum number of characters is extended up to 244 characters for approvals in comments section.
    8. Employee are now allowed to view/add/update the details of dependent detail Malaysia by themselves from this version.
    9. Included Dependent Detail Malaysia section in the Manager role setting so that if users don’t need, they can turn off the section for Manager roles to view the information in the section.

    Performance

    1. Feedback in performance appraisal process is an important mechanism for the employees to understand the expectations or identifying the areas to development. So, in order to enhance this feedback process more effective, overall Feedback Report has been successfully enabled with appraisal stage itself and also “reviewer type” stage filter is also enabled to filter the overall feedback by appraisal stage wise.
    2. Enabled privileges for Overall feedback section-based on appraisal form context instead of role context from this version of TalentOz.
    3. New mail template has been successfully implemented to send mail notifications while assign / unassign reviewer in appraisal form.

    Learning & Development

    1. A comprehensive and updated audit trail integration have been successfully integrated for imported programs or sessions too for the HR users to track and know the details of learning program or sessions more efficiently.
    2. In Special project budget and Division Budget, minimum & maximum participants validations successfully implemented based on per batch and cost for participant details. This validation has been integrated on import functionality too.
    3. All the validations are successfully integrated in mail approval process for planned / unplanned session requests too.
    4. Insufficient budget notification mail is integrated to trigger notification to HR users for all the actions in planned / unplanned session requests.
    5. HR users who are handling the division budget are now allowed to Privilege is enabled to edit the division budget by respective HR users.
    6. Budget utilization to utilize the Internal and External (Interchangeable) with meaningful message to the approver.
    7. Remarks field has been successfully integrated for participants during mark attendance as absent in session.
    8. Allowed to updated training hours as zero “0” for session participants while marking attendance based on settings.
    9. Mail notification is integrated for Internal/External trainer while importing the sessions.
    10. Mail notification is integrated to respective manager for while mark participants as Absent
    11. While nominating employees, new mail template has been successfully integrated to send mail notification to employee and next level processor in unplanned program request.
    12. Also, users can customize their mail template approval / submission of unplanned program request according to their organization needs.
    13. When session postpones occurs, from this version, system will automatically indicate the participants if they are in leave during the session.
    14. Audit trail has been successfully implemented for learning program and sessions based on work location.
    15. System highlight the message appeared in Red & Bold when budget is inadequate for Division Budget while assigning participants
    16. From this version users can generate consolidated DTR Report with the details of Time In / Out with source details too for better accessibility.
    17. Custom dashboard is enabled to show appraisee and appraiser rating in PDF document format.
    18. Justification field which used as to give reason for requests made as mandatory one. But from this version this is made as non-mandatory while creating learning Program request.
    19. Overall Feedback – Feedback is not mandatory in learning request page
    20. When employee self-nominate to the available sessions, Internal Department Budget is enabled to show to the employees to know about the budget allocated for the session.
    21. Due to inadvertent or some other reasons, when existing program gets suspended from this version TalentOz application will allow employees to enroll in another program.

    Leave

    1. While HR users import employee/Add Employee/Entitlement/Apply Leave from this version of TalentOz they are allowed to create Exceptional Leave Period in an easy manner.
    2. In leave list report, Reason field has been successfully integrated when users downloading from the leave list.
    3. Service for Exception Leave Period while Import employee/ Add Employee / Entitlement / Apply Leave
    4. Leave Type configuration page is redesigned based on group of criteria and privileges to make the page for better usability.
    5. New accrual service is enabled for Leave Accrual process to make it more inclusive.
    6. Optimization has been successfully made in Exceptional leave Period to make the performance of this feature more comprehensive.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Attendance module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Leave Count Report

    Time & Attendance

    1. For HR users’ employee Daily Time Record details are important to ensure work hours are complete, accurate and in sync with organization’s time compliance. Hence role privilege is integrated to enable Employee Daily Time record tab in HR role users.
    2. From this version, HR users / administrator users are allowed to change the employee’s schedule details in Attendance Regularization page to make it more flexible for the HR users in managing the schedules of the organization.
    3. Also, from this version to enhance the attendance regularization part of the system, HR Users/ Administrator are allowed to Add/Delete the employee’s Attendance entries in Attendance Regularization page for better attendance processing and regularize the time records of the employees.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Attendance module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Time Adjustment Report (Optimized for better visibility)
    2. Absence Analysis by Job & Gender Report

    Payroll – India

    1. Indian government recently announces a slew of measures to be taken for the benefit of members of Employee Provident Fund (EPF). All the changes are successfully incorporated in Indian Payroll process of TalentOz application.
    2. Currently, the mandatory monthly contribution by the employee stands at 12 per cent of the monthly pay which includes monthly basic pay, dearness allowance and retaining allowance, if any. But PF contribution rule changed. So that, employees PF contribution percentage from changed from 12% to 10% for three months till August 2020. All these changes updated successfully in payroll process.
    3. Lock/ Unlock feature is has been successfully integrated with IT Declaration process.
    4. When users Lock/Unlock IT Declaration process option, then system will send an auto reminder notification to Employees.
    5. Resettlement process has been successfully incorporated in Indian payroll process and also users can avail the Resettlement report without any hassle from the application.
    6. A very comprehensive yet advanced Income Tax Computation sheet is enabled for users in Payslip and its Email notification has been successfully implemented.
    7. Loan Repayment: Repayment is usually done in the form of periodic payments and each payment goes in favor of principal plus interest. From this version loan repayment option is enabled in loan process page.
    8. Integrated successfully the Total Paid Days and Month days as an overriding component and calculate salary based on that formula.
    9. Formula Components are successfully integrated as auto calculate on import feature.
    10. Final Settlement Payslip is designed as per the payslip standards which are followed by different industries.
    11. A new and complete separate final settlement payslip download option has been successfully implemented and enabled for mass resigned employees.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Payroll – India module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Indian Statutory Report – Form D
    2. Indian Statutory Report – Form D LWF
    3. Indian Statutory Report – Form C
    4. Indian Statutory Report – Form Q
    5. Indian Statutory Report – Form R
    6. Indian Statutory Report – Form 14 Leave wages
    7. Indian Statutory Report – Form VI
    8. Indian Statutory Report – Form 11

    Payroll Malaysia

    1. Salary Statement has been successfully implemented for one of the largest as well as fully integrated financial services group in Malaysia.
    2. Also, EPF format report has been successfully implemented for the financial services group by TalentOz comply with the rules.
    3. A leading universal bank and corporate advisor’s organization Bank File format report has been successfully integrated according to their rules and regulations.
    4. Business Unit filter has been added in Pay Registry by Department part.
    5. Form E is a declaration report submitted by every employer to inform the IRB on the number of employees and the list of employee’s income details every year not later than 31st March. TalentOz has now successfully implemented the Cp8D text file format in compliance with the new requirements.

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the Payroll – Malaysia module to benefit the clients using the system. They are as follows:

    1. CP8D Statutory Form
    2. ETDS Report
    3. IRB report

    Mobile

    Undoubtedly, mobile technology and applications have made a huge impact in HR domain. So, as a part to address our customers mobility solutions, we regularly release updates in the TalentOz mobile application in both Android and iOS platforms. In this version of release, we are happy to include the below features:

    1. Leave Balance Summary based on configuration. In the settings page, when you opted out, it will display for the users.
    2. Based on the settings from now onwards you can make Remarks as mandatory field.
    3. Enable leave reason combo based on the leave type settings page.
    4. Users can auto adjust insufficient leave balance with other leave balances to regularize the leave made by the employees.
    5. Enable event-based validation – Display the event name, Date of Event and Event Validations
    6. Employees while using their mobile application, from now onwards they can apply for Partial Days (Forenoon/Afternoon) also. But to avail this feature If leave duration should be more than one day.
    7. Employees can now view from which leave type the leave days are going to be deducted in case of non-availability of leave.
    8. After applying leave employees can now able to perform edit or submit actions in the leave form.
    9. Menu privilege has been successfully integrated iOS mobile Application to manage any modules/menus/features.
    10. “Inform To” feature is enabled in Apply Leave form to add additional recipients to make more flexible. Also, a mail notification will be sent to the recipients are also successfully integrated.
    11. From this version of application employees can apply leave from their carry forward leave balance too.

    General

    1. Manual Approver – Initiator can select the approvers for the step from the role assigned to the step-in workflow steps.
