    Payroll

    1. Year to date EPF statement is made available from this version.
    2. Inactive employees are now included in pay component details report.
    3. A new provision has been added in the components to add employee name against to the formula component.
    4. From this version of TalentOz HR users can now avail Excel & PDF report to download the statements of “PF year to date statement” & “Salary year to Date statement”.
    5. In IT declaration section of the employees, Child Care Allowance part is added in this version.
    6. TalentOz payroll now allowed HR users to enter the data of employees OT hours manually via a simple user interface.
    7. A modification has been made in the salary YTD to bring component name instead of component code to increase reliability.
    8. Payroll template is now classified as Monthly or Yearly, So, from now onwards HR users can easily calculate CTC of the employees based on either by monthly or yearly basis by simply choosing the option and provide the values.
    9. Salary YTD Statement is now successfully implemented for ESS section.
    10. In Malaysian payroll, generally, non-cash benefits (e.g. accommodation or motorcars) provided by employers to their employees are treated as income of the employees. These benefits are called benefits in kind (BIK). There are several tax rules governing how these benefits are valued and reported for tax purposes. TalentOz allowances modifies its payroll components according to the rules involved.

    Performance

    1. Enabled feature privilege of “Remarks mandatory” for non-scoring & scoring components in appraisal form from this version.
    2. During performance evaluation close, from now onwards employee’s position history data back update is now made available.
    3. Performance form PDF document are now allowed to download based on the role privileges assigned to the employees.
    4. In performance appraisal page, from now onwards employees can view their own active and history reviews.
    5. “View Recommendation” privilege restriction is enabled for self when employees are in the approver list.
    6. For HR users or for HR derived role users, a new option is provided to manage “performance appraisal employees” is available.
    7. Employee’s history details can now available in Manage Reviews page.

    Claim

    1. In iOS mobile app of TalentOz, now employees are allowed to upload attachment their claim process.
    2. Performance Optimization has been successfully implemented to make claim and travel requests submission faster.

    Employee

    1. From this version of TalentOz, HR users can import their employees profile images using zip and excel file options too.

    Leave

    1. In a upgrade to our mobile applications, from this version employees are allowed to upload attachments too while applying leave from their iOS mobile application.
    2. Half day Compensatory Off & Leave validations are successfully integrated with other Leave types also.
    3. Dual Leave Deduction logic is implemented for sick Leave and hospitalization leave types too.
    4. “Event date” validation is configurable for any Leave & also integrated with Leave Process. Any leave types like Paternity, Wedding, Maternity can be configured from this version of TalentOz.
    5. Leave prorate data based on changes made in the employee’s appointment status change has been successfully implemented in this version.
    6. Admin can apply leave request on behalf of any employee of the organization from now onwards. This request will not route for approval workflow process.

    Recruitment

    1. Global approval settings for Offer Approval Process has been successfully added in this version.
    2. “Manage Approver” option is enabled for “Pending Offer Approval” steps too.
    3. An option to revise the approval process for a candidate has been successfully integrated in offer approval process of the candidate. Also, an email notification is also implemented in the revise offer approval process.
    4. “Manage Approvers” feature is enabled at offer approval process
    5. HR users can now edit offer approval form in offer approval process.
    6. In career portal – Global Search feature for “Jobs” reintegrated with latest job information across the organization.
    7. Timeline audit is integrated for share applicant process in this version of TalentOz.

    General

    1. In Claim & Leave process, from now onwards the approvers can now able to skip approval process in email notifications too.

    Learning & Development

    1. Across all the attachments now employees can attach xlsx, pptx file formats too.
    2. Now HR users / Managers can mark attendance of employees who are all attended the session on the same day itself.
    3. To improve the sorting options for users, enabled an advanced filter option in sessions which includes (All sessions & Sessions created by me options)
    4. Maintaining a training calendar is any workplace will reap a lot of rewards for employees to upgrade their skill and to improve their performance. From this version, role-based context has been successfully integrated in Learning Calendar too.
    5. In creating sessions for employees from now onwards HR users can now add multiple weblinks regarding the session easily.

    Reports

    New reports are successfully incorporated in the system to benefit the clients who are using the system. They are as follows:

    1. Training Needs Analysis by Performance Appraisal Report.
