- Now Recruitment Specialist can add new / remove existing rounds any time during the opening process.
- Now Recruitment Specialist can schedule interviews and evaluations any number of times for a “Round”.

Learning and Development Module (L&D)
- Admin and HR user can create Learning feedback/ survey templates within the application.
- The configured feedback template will be automatically published by the system when an employee attended the learning program.
- HR user has an option to send Bulk and individual reminder for not completed feedback / Survey.
- A new report has been introduced for unplanned Learning request.
- The user can download the Learning History as a report from Employee Learning track.
- We are glad to introduce a new module in this release to manage the Purchase request and Purchase order within the Talentoz
- Any user can raise the PR based the system privilege within the application.
- The PR request is tightly integrated with the workflow subsystem where the admin can configure the organization SOP for PR Approvals.
- The privileged user can process PR and link it to Purchase order.
- The user has an option to Approve and processes the PR from the dashboard To-Do widget.
- Advanced Filter is implemented for Position List view
- We have also squashed some bugs in organization Structure
- Role privileges have been integrated for Home Dashboard Widgets
- We have implemented Document monitoring for Contract Expiry
- Project based expenses report is available for all HR users.
