    Time and Attendance

    1. Now the system has OT proposal reports and OT details reports
    2. OT proposal request has been enabled with Mail Integration and To-do’s feature

    Payroll – India

    1. We have an option to Audit all the Pay cycle and payroll components changes
    2. We have introduced the One-time tax, where a fixed amount will get deducted as Income tax for employee and the final calculation will happen based on the submitted proofs for the last 3 months.
    3. 87A rebate for IT functionality has been introduced.
    4. Now the user can categories the Loans based on Loan types.
    5. System has an option to capture the Last working date, Leaving reason, Notice period days in the Full and final settlement process.
    6. Now the system has an option to Waiver notice period days during the Full and final settlement process.
    7. Full and final settlement process has an option for Leave encashment for month / fixed days
    8. User can flag Employee pension scheme is applicable for employee or Not.
    9. EPS calculation as per Statutory compliance
    10. ESI register report
    11. Loan register report
    12. Pay register recovery report

    Metrics and Analytics

    The following metrics has been available to access

    1. Leave dashboard
      • Absence rate per manager
      • Metric Retention rate per manager/HOD
      • Leave trend
      • Leave trends for week days
    2. Attendance Dashboard
      • Tardiness and Under time analysis by week days

      • Paid vs unpaid vs Comp Off leaves.
    3. Travel and claim dashboard
      • Training expenses per employee

      • Revenue per employee
      • Travel reconciliation by Amount
      • Travel reconciliation by Request

    General

    1. We have introduced a condition based workflow management to our core Workflow engine and this feature is now implemented for Leave module. Admin has an option to skip step or control the flow of the Leave request based on Leave count.
    2. Now the workflow has an option to restrict the step owner as Mandatory. By which the step will move forward when the owner is not present in next step.
    3. We have provided the Workflow admin console for all the available workflow in the system, where user can have an option to Add, Remove and change the Step owners.
    4. HR User has an option to Import the Band and Grade details for Employees through Excel file
    5. HR User has an option to Import the Goals for Employees through Excel file
    6. All the Mail notification under service desk has enabled with comments section.
    7. On behalf of Employees the reporting Manager has an option to raise the Service desk request.
    8. Candidate profile – Field level security has been introduced for Resume Bank.
    9. We have introduced an Auto Approval functionality for Separation request. When an action is not performed by the workflow step owner for a configured day, the system will automatically approve the request and push to next step.
    10. Now the Training Program Master has an option to add Multiple supporting documents
