    Payroll

    1. From this release, it is made possible that employees can update their previous employer tax relief amount in previous employer declaration section only.
    2. Now the system is upgraded with VPF (Voluntary Provident Fund) component. Now employees can easily contribute to VPF scheme with any percentage of salary to their respective provident fund account.
    3. For all our clients across Gulf, “Pension Component” is now added in the system to make our system more compliance with UAE policies.
    4. Now the system is recalibrated to show the leave types which are available only on the Business Units will be shown in employees pay slips.
    5. Now the system is updated so that employees can now avail the benefits of 80G and 80TTA sections in Income Tax declaration section.
    6. Now the system is amended with changes in the section 87A so that employees who are eligible can now claim their rebate under section 87A for ALL paycycles.
    7. Tax calculation is now assessed, and the tax slabs are adjusted accordingly for all those employees who are fall under the categories “senior citizens” & “very senior citizens”.
    8. From this release onwards clients can now prefer the salary of their employees with Gross based OR CTC based revisions and also on also in calculation if any balance amount is need to be adjusted, now it is easily added with any available components.
    9. Now the system is updated to make sure that fixed days now be calculated with prorate of month days.
    10. Now the system is available with individual audit trail for onetime components too for easy tacking the components and its updates in a chronological order.
    11. The notion of marginal relief is now made available in the system to provide relaxation from levy of surcharge for the employees whose total income exceeds marginally above Rs.50 lakhs, or Rs. 1 crore, as the case may be.

    Time and Attendance

    1. Few observations from the client has been successfully updated in Form25.
    2. Upon updating the DTR Time Entries for employees, now the system will calculate the overtime worked by the employees automatically and display the overtime in hours (HH:MM) format.
    3. On raising adjustments, now previous working hours of employees is subsequently saved by the system.
    4. An audit trail is made available now in the system while changing employee schedule from DTR.
    5. Employees can now view the adjusted hours in Time adjustment.
    6. System is now updated with “Web Check-in’ widget added in the home page for employees to easy access.
    7. Few observations in Performance module and Separation has been successfully addressed.

    Leave

    1. Duty resumption is enabled for ALL users/roles and at all stages. For an employee resumes duty from the leave, previously the resumption is enabled only for particular roles.
    2. Now system is updated to make Week End as Calendar Days too.
    3. Duty Resumption form submitted can now submitted over than the Leave end date. Also the settings can also be defined in raising the Leave Adjustment request.

    Performance

    1. From this release onwards clients can provide field level privilege for Goals too.
    2. Download as pdf option is now made available for employees to download all of their training and performance details.
    3. The system is enhanced with now overall summary score will be now displayed based on the settings provided.
    4. Now it is possible to upload assesses and assessor with their types (Peer, Manager, Subordinate etc.) from Excel file too.
    5. Check the goal rating scale value (1 to 5). Need to give order and save between 1 to 5.

    Reports

    1. Payroll Analytics Report.
    2. Employee Salary Master for GRT.
    3. Bank Transfer Detail Report for Gulf.
    4. Audit OT Statement Report.
    5. Employee Master Report for NTC.
    6. Past Reporting Structure Report.

    General

    1. In displaying an opening details, system is now equipped with more filter options for HR employees to further scrutinize the records in the Applicants Tab.
    2. Applicant survey for recruitment. send survey question to mail address. Applicant to submit without login.
    3. Now a candidate is entitled with login credentials to the candidate portal, a place where the candidate can view openings details, their previously applied openings and the status of their candidature of any opening etc.
    4. Training Budget Simulation by HR is now enabled in the system.
    5. System is upgrading that from now onwards manager can submit Training Budget by simply choosing the Employee(s) / Department.
    6. Password security and Authentication settings are successfully implemented in this release.
    7. Cost center Implementation for Claims module
    8. Integration – Business Unit, Work Location, Position, Employee, Leave is created and should be taken to JD Edwards has been successfully updated.
