    Payroll

    1. In payslips, from now onwards employees can view their arrear PF amount & Earned PF amount.
    2. Also, from this version HR managers can manage the net amount paid and account name made visible in the employees’ payslip.
    3. Added new filter fields for more accessibility for Cheque in payout listing option.
    4. In calculating overtime work hours for employees, from now onwards hourly rate as onetime component Integration has been successfully implemented.

    Time and Attendance

    1. In maintaining time and attendance details of employees in an organization, new menu privilege has been integrated in mobile application.

    Performance

    1. PDF Report for Performance Evaluation form has been updated in this version.
    2. Scoring filter functionality for manager approval level has been added from this version.
    3. Custom remarks for recommendation can now be made by the users who are all participated in the performance evaluation.
    4. Instructions or help text has been included in the performance template page to help users to complete the task easy.
    5. Overall score privilege has been enabled in custom scoring logic feature from this version of TalentOz.
    6. Now HR users can view multiple performance form pages of employees for comparing performance details.
    7. In Recommendation section 2 ‘Free Text’ boxes has been added for users to submit the reason behind the recommendations they made.
    8. Some UI changes has been amended in Goals page which include added labels in Goal library, instead of showing Goal code it will be now hide from the UI, Goal Name – KRA, Measure -KPI has been implemented in this version of TalentOz.
    9. Order numbering for dynamic open-ended components in performance form has been added in this version.

    Claim

    1. In order to make ease of use in claim process for employees to avail claims, attachments are now enabled in mobile applications too.

    Employee

    1. In the “VISA” section of employee profile, status field (active and inactive) has been added from this version.
    2. In order to improve employees’ document management settings from now onwards VISA status has been integrated in “Monitor Document Expiry” page.
    3. For our clients out in Malaysia, Malaysian Statutory Details Rep Start date & Rep expiry date are added when Rep category is chosen in income tax type.
    4. HR users can now import Rep details like Rep start date & Rep expiry date in creating their reports.
    5. Privilege based Quick View of employees can now be made available in employee module.
    6. From now onwards profile change request mail template can also be customized by the clients in accordance with their policies.
    7. Reminder settings enabled for fields like contract date, resignation date, probation date in this version.

    Recruitment

    1. In candidate portal, now candidates can add his/her new skills on the fly.
    2. New candidate components integrated like work expectation; declaration & co-curricular activities have been added in this version of TalentOz.
    3. Now HR can change the position of the employee at the time of make as employee stage.
    4. An ICS file is a calendar file saved in a universal calendar format used by several email and calendar programs. ICS file attachment for evaluator mail has been made available from this version. HR admin users can send remainder emails to candidates also. And this option is configurable.
    5. PDF report generator for Hiring Request, Offer Approval, Candidate profile, and Performance form pages.
    6. For Interview, from this version Reminder emails can be sent to both interviewer and candidate.
    7. Now HR users can assign HR Coordinator details for each Hiring requests.
    8. Based on settings system will now allow only after all the Interviewers complete the scoring/evaluation, the candidate can be moved to next step of the interview process.
    9. Hiring Request number integrated to the entire system of TalentOz to audit trail the request.
    10. Advanced employee filter implemented in Evaluation, Hiring request.
    11. Advanced position filter successfully implemented in manage opening, hiring request pages from this version of TalentOz.
    12. Privilege options are enabled for only approved Candidates can be chosen for on-boarding initiation.
    13. In continuation of previous point, privilege options are enabled for only evaluations completed candidates can be chosen for offer.
    14. Bulk Reminder option is now made enabled for on boarding tasks.
    15. Announcement attachment – enabled attachment option candidate announcement feature in candidate portal.
    16. In order to track the progress made in an offer approval, Audit log has been enabled for HR users.
    17. Enabled privilege to initiate on-boarding & make as employee before offer approval completion page.
    18. All fields are now made mandatory in hiring request during submission.
    19. Now candidates can print their profile page from the career portal page for reference purpose. The printed document contains all the component values of the candidate.
    20. Now HR users can update workflow settings even when there is pending request. So that from this version they can “Rename step name”, “Allow to add new owners”, “Allow to change step type”, “Allow to add custom fields” & they are also “Allow to add add-on options” for hiring requests.
    21. Enabled select employee options in offer approval process to select owners with advanced filters and search options for easy access.
    22. Now users can enable comments during complete / reopen onboarding task for an employee who are in the process.
    23. Also, HR users can now able to enable comments during complete / reopen separation task.
    24. For any reasons when onboarding is cancelled, system will now restrict to make candidate as employee.
    25. It is now possible HR manager users can now enable privilege to delete cancelled onboarding and allow to initiate new onboarding for same candidate whose onboarding was deleted.
    26. In according with count for onboarding, cancelled count is reduced from offer accepted candidate list.
    27. Enabled select employee options in hiring request process to select owners with advanced filters and search options from this version of TalentOz.
    28. Auto and manual process integrated with hiring workflow are now available in workflow process.
    29. Now in workflows process, system is allowed to set same owners in multiple steps / all steps in hiring workflows in workflow process.
    30. In Workflow process, Reverse and Skip process are successfully integrated with Hiring workflow request for better hiring process.
    31. OneLogin: OneLogin Single Sign-On uses Markup Language to simplify the login process. Single Sign-On helps companies be more productive and save both time and money. It is a tool to help empower employees securely access to cloud and company apps on all devices. Basically, this will give a layer of security and access to manage business applications effectively. TalentOz is also successfully integrated with Single Sign On feature from this version to make employees life easier.

    General

    1. The definition of an organization chart or “org chart” is a diagram that displays a reporting or relationship hierarchy. Org charts have a variety of uses and can be structured in many ways. Now Organization chart can be upload by the HR users. Organisation chart for division can be now view by all employees from this version of TalentOz.
    2. Organization Chart for an organization can now be download or it can be visualizing for better view of company’s hierarchical view.
    3. A new section has been introduced in tile UI format to show “No. of users logged in by today” in Product usage dashboard.
    4. In order to get the login trend, In product usage dashboard a new section has been introduced as Line Graph element to show “No. of users logged in a month Jan – Dec CY”.
    5. Job Family and Job Class to Position has been now modified as a lookup field from this version of TalentOz.

    Learning & Development

    1. HR Managers can now able to attach documents in support for session while creating or updating the session details.
    2. Deputed employees can now also made available for sessions.
    3. In cognizance with our motto of continuous improvements to be made in application we did performance optimization in session list page in this version.
    4. Sorting of sessions based on start duration has been implemented in this version of TalentOz.
