    Payroll

    1. Component Advance settings option has been to Admin user to change settings from the user interface.

    Time and Attendance

    1. HR has an option to configure and apply Shift Pattern to employees. Each shift pattern will have sequence of shifts that are assigned to employee based on the start date and end date.
    2. Now the system displays the total adjusted hours in the time sheet while adjustment is in pending status.
    3. Now managers have an option to view the Other schedule page and change the shift to their respective subordinates.
    4. Total Hours Column has been included in the Consolidated daily time record and attendance activity report.
    5. Shift Allowance Report
    6. Pending “To-Do” Report can be downloaded by HR Manager for all request such as Leave, Overtime, Time off etc.

    Leave

    1. Pre-comp off feature is now available for the users to apply for Comp off Request before the Leu-of date. This can be configured by the admin user in the settings page.
    2. Comp off Request can be requested by specific group of employees for Holiday, Week off and Working day. Hourly comp off feature can be Now the comp-off feature is enabled with
    3. Leave Planner – Employee can plan for leaves in advance without leave application. The planned leaves can be tracked by Managers and HR.
    4. HR / Admin user has an option to Edit/ Delete the Leave transaction. Upon the action by the HR then Email notification will be triggered by the system automatically when an HR Edits or Deletes the Leave request
    5. Now the Email notification will be sent to the respective stake holders when an employee/manager raises the Duty resumption form.

    General

    1. Now the Employee Profile can be download as PDF for all employees.
    2. Now the system has an option to generate Position code automatically based on settings.
    3. Now each workflow step has an option to add employees. All the request will go to that specific employees.
    4. Now the Past data in career progression can be added through UI.
    5. Now the system has an option for Manager and department head to download the reports.
    6. Excel import feature has been available for Learning program, Learning Session and Attendance.
    7. Excel based import is available for Holiday List.
    8. Employee Past Work Experience Report
    9. More information can be viewed from Employee Quick View.
    10. Now the manager can give continuous rating and feedback to the employee Goals.
    11. Manager has an option to raise the change request on behalf of his team members. Upon approval by the HR the details will be updated to the employee profile.
    12. We have provided the ordering for Grade Library.
    13. Opening tracking report – Displays all the Applicant in each stage and status.
