    Recruitment and Onboarding

    1. Report – Breakdown report with the summary of candidates in each round.
    2. Introducing an Analytics to review the candidate’s status in each round. This insight will give a detail information on who are those candidates, what is their current score, how many evaluations pending, how many rounds pending etc.
    3. Integrate Score value in interview rounds and candidate status in the interviews.
    4. Now the onboarding module is enabled with the Audit trail feature, it captures all the changes in the offer letters issued, joining date, offer status etc.
    5. Now add to calendar (outlook and Gmail) feature is available in pending evaluation List.
    6. Now the user can add remarks for the pending Onboardings from the list view.
    7. We have squashed some bugs in Recruitment.

    1. Leave Limit validation for a month / Week

    Resource Management

    1. Resource Extension request by project manager by providing the extension date and justification for an extension. RMG team can either approve/reject the request.
    2. Resource management Dashboard
      • Project with Resource strength
      • Timeframe of Resources to be released
      • Resource ageing analysis in resource pool
      • Employees in resource pool by expertise and category

    Time and Attendance

    1. Now the system has an option to Re-Run the attendance service between a specific duration for any shifts.
    2. The Attendance module is enhanced with automatic shift scheduling process. You can rotate shifts periodically (weekly, Monthly and Daily) with the automated scheduler.
    3. Admin can re-run the attendance roster for a specific month.
    4. Now the DTR will display the attendance notes reason in the status column when any adjustment is raised.
    5. Now the system has an option to approve the pending timesheet and time adjustment request automatically based on the settings

      • Attendance Analysis Business Unit wise
      • Attendance Analysis by Consecutive Absence

    General

    1. System has the capability to add the custom status to all workflow request. For example, a claims workflow can be enhanced with more status like Paid, Hold, Waiting for Budget approval etc. This feature enables the administrator to have detail tagging of each workflow request.
    2. Now the system has an option to attach the .eml (outlook file) as an attachment in workflows.
    3. Role Privilege for Documents monitoring.
    4. Financial Year integration has been done in training budget module.
    5. We have done some performance optimization in Competency Assessment Tracking page.
    6. Now the Service Request Number will be displayed in the Service Request List and To-do.
